Franchise owner is very nice. The issue I have is that I was treated very poorly in front of other customers and charged more for the same item I had been buying for my kids for 2 years. The location will not accept any coupons ... I want to support local, but the staff make it very hard to do so. There is another location same distance and they take coupons and have always been great. They charge less for subs too. Once again the owner is nice but to charge more than another local location makes no sense, also when the issue of how I was treated was brought up I was not even provided a reply. It's unfortunate as I live in this area and some places charge more money because of the area while other restaurants do not. This is a highly competitive industry and Subway franchises all charge different prices. After 2 years of supporting this location during the pandemic and paying more than any other location I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
If I can put a 0 I would, I was extremely disappointed. If you like to use multiple coupons at a time, don't come here because they won't accept. And when I asked for a fountain cup to grab a drink that comes with my sandwich, she told me no and made my grab 1 from a fridge. Would never come back to this location.
I just had the most well put together subway sandwich in a very long time. Nil was so friendly and made the subs just as we liked.

Normally I love this Subway. Staff is friendly and food is good.But today I got a salad and it was literally a bowl of lettuce with a few toppings on top. The dressing was scarce. It was more expensive than a sub. Very disappointed. My husband picked it up. If I was there I would have not accepted it. Maybe my subway days are over
