Great Subway, always fast and fresh. The owners care about their customers and they remember my order everytime I walk in. Even when ordering online they remember the little things in your order.
One of the worst subways I have been to yet.They are so skimpy on the toppings for your sub. You want cucumbers and you get 4 slices for a foot long?? Green peppers you get 2 or 3 slivers? Heaven forbid that extra piece of chicken makes it into the scoop. When I ask for veggies on my foot long I'd at least like to taste them when I take a bite!You have amazing subways all over newmarket, this one by far is NOT worth the price they charge for the sub.
I just moved to Newmarket recently and I went this location to get dinner for my family and we loved the food and working girl is so friendly, even this location has very great dine in space to sit and eat. so we will come next time with full family to have a dinner.
They are doing really great job. she great when i entered in the subway and ask politely what will you have . after giving every instruction she made my sub and when i eat that seriously that was the best sub i eat on that day . The taste was so good .i refer this place if you want healthy , tasty and good visit once and you will be addicted.
They stole from me.After using the credit card device to pay for transaction. The device said approved, but the clerk said the transaction did not go through. Then she asked me to process the payment again. I refused, knowing that the device said that the payment was approved.In the end, they refused to serve me until I paid for the food again.I checked my credit card the next day, and sure enough, $37.35 was posted against my credit card. Now I'm stuck. I legitimately processed the transaction at the store, but the store refused to accept the payment that want through.

I love ordering from this location as all the staff members are so friendly.They take care of their clients by remembering their order and give surprise when you visit next time .Store is so clean as compare to other locations.
I wish I took photos of this my food before I ate my sandwich. I was really hungry but very disappointed when I opened it up.The bun that I requested was a Italian herb and cheese. The bun was rock hard at the ends. The sandwich I ordered was a basic cold cut combo with everything on it.What was given to me was everything on it but not like it was made a year ago fresh and with generous toppings.They cut down on the topping portions as well as the quality of food. The cucumbers and tomatoes were almost translucent like they were frozen and thawed out, gross. Very disappointed. Luckily 2 km away is another one which I've been lucky with. Maybe it's a new girl they have started there? If you get food here next time please add photographs! Avoid.
