This location is located inside Southlake hospital and during Covid-19 they will only serve hospital staff. How are visitors and caregivers supposed to fuel up and assist to look after their loved ones without having to exit the property. I love subway . I befriend all sandwich artisans . Love how simple n clean they areIt's almost impossible for you to get a nasty sandwich the worst thing you get at Subway is the top of a tomato in the top of a hot pepper a little bit of stem and to be honest that's when they're busy I'm okay with that I love Subway I love Subway I love Subway
I took out two potato bun Sidekicks for me and my wife. They were delicious. Tried the Chipotle chicken sidekick and savory turkey ranch sidekick. Both are prepped to recipe. Try them. Other flavors- honey mustard ham and Italian aioli sidekick.
Very good customer service & friendly staff. All veggies looks fresh, and the bread is always good and soft. Love the soup and cookies a lot.

I just ordered ubereats to a family member in the hospital at south lake, down the street from this location. We ordered a 12" and a 6" Italian white bread only to get a phone call from our family member in the hospital to let us know the bread wasn't fresh!! ?? Unbelievable. Disappointing for our loved one stuck in the hospital no visitors allowed who was looking forward to eating something other then the hospital food.

I get great service and the selection of options is pretty good. The produce is always fresh, as well is the meat. Due to that fact I will sometimes order a salad made to order. Something new for me is the morning flatbread breakfast flatbread selections, although it would be great if they broaden those choices. They awhile back they started serving wraps that cost a little bit more but are well worth it. Sometimes depending on the sandwich choice the price of the item can get very steep, but with some careful planning, a customer can get a very healthy meal with minimal cost. This is the best subway that I ever been to it. Actually I don’t have any words to explain. Please visit once in life.

The night shift guy needs an additude adjustment. Every time I asked for more toppings on my order he kept rolling his eyes and Going ugh ugh. Then when I asked for guacamole he was annoyed and went ugh again and said you do realize it’s extra I can’t just put it on. So I said yeah I already know that I am paying for it don’t forget.
