I have to praise Erica!! She is so wonderful so nice and so approachable!! She is very caring and knows what you want I will always ask for Erica at the Newmarket chapter Starbucks!! She knew exactly what I needed . Erica is literally my favorite she is beautiful and amazing and awesome at her job
Ordered a venti mango dragon fruit lemonade today with my friends and it was 70% ice. I finished it in like 3 sips. I probably could have gotten the same amount of drink in a tall if I asked for no ice, I feel pretty ripped off.

It's pretty bad when you stand here for 20 minutes waiting for your "mobile order" and the people who stood in line and order after you arrived to pick up your order get their drinks and you then ask about your order because their mobile has failed in the past and you get told if 20 minutes is too long you can cancel your order. I would think apologizing because you havent organized your orders correctly would have been the correct comments. Not take your money back and leave! This employee needs training on customer service.
I don't like to write bad reviews for businesses, but this morning I had the worst customer service experience ever! I ordered online and when I got there my coffee was ready for pick! Super rude lady told me to get out because dogs are not allowed here!And I explained to her that my coffee is ready and the puppy wouldn't stay out by her self!She couldn't be more rude and was keep saying to take the puppy out! (She could have give me the coffee instead of telling me to leave)
Staff here is extremely rude I will never go back. Employees need to step back and re evaluate their life when arguing with a customer about 30 cents. Cheers

Was nice and quiet with social distancing. You could have a conversation without someone super close at the next table.
