This is the most disorganized location I have ever seen in terms of coffee shops. I placed a mobile order at 12:25, was told the order would be ready at 12:31 and it is 12:43. I finally got my drink after watching the worker drop the cup and try to make it three times. There were Ubereats drivers waiting for their orders I don’t know if the workers know but the drivers are being timed, making them wait is unacceptable. There were stickers piling up for orders and no one was paying attention to them. Disorganized service, I’m very disappointed

Love this Starbucks location! My favourite in Newmarket. Customer service is consistently top notch. Special shout out to Alex who always makes my morning when I see her at the drive through window. She is super friendly and has a great attitude and always has something kind to say. I always leave with a smile.

So fun. Tons of Tumbler options today!Jodi and her team are always a pleasure and go out of their way to please customers. I drive a little bit further to this location because of the the standard of Customer Service is always paramount with all staff members

Horrible experience with one of the baristas and the store in general. Took them over 10 minutes to make my 2 drinks with over 5 baristas working. Once the barista (not too sure his name but he’s a taller gentleman and was wearing a beanie) finished our drinks I politely asked for him to top it up with a little more oat milk and he gave me so much attitude stating with the drink I ordered it would start to come out as a latte. He rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed pouring the extra oat milk. I just wanted a little bit more oat milk minus the attitude.Never coming back to this slow and rude Starbucks.Do not recommend if you’re in a rush or if you don’t want attitude.

Don't go in when they are busy. They do drive thru first and your item is left on the counter with a sticker on it and no one making it. Ordered on the app, time stamped 12:36pm and I left at 1:05pm. I thank the supervisor for at least refunding my drink for their error.

this morning (Monday Oct 18), at around 12:50, I came through the drive through and ordered a venti honey oat latte, and made sure to specify that I can not have dairy. I asked for cold foam made from oat milk and the woman taking my order did not seem sure of what I was asking, so before pulling away I made sure to mention again that I can't have dairy. once I had paid she handed me the wrong drink (a hot honey oat latte). that was no problem for I just told her that I ordered a iced honey oat latte. once she corrected it and handed me my drink I pulled away and noticed that even after the first mix up I still received the wrong drink. I received a venti honey oat latte but rather than oat milk it was made with almond milk, and the cold foam was the sweet cream cold foam. I spent nearly $9 on a drink that I could not even drink due to the cream in the cold foam. very disappointing considering I've never had a problem at this location before.
