If i could give this place a zero rating i would. My family came in at 130pm on a sunday afternoon. Waited 20 minutes to order, waited another 20 minutes for our drinks, waited an HOUR for our food...then when the food came, one meal the chicken was undercooked, another mean was more bread then any other ingredients and a third meal was forgotten all together. Had to wait another 20 minutes for that meal to come. The only meal that was ok, was the wings and fries. But even the all you can eat wings took FOREVER to replenish. Getting a refill for a fountain drink too another 20 minutes. Not worth your time or money to eat here. The owner must be a real jerk. Like who only has ONE waitress working. Who has to work 3 sections (bar, dining room and outside patio). Not fair to your waitress and certainly not fair to your customers. Seems the only focus here is on their beer sales. I will never return to the business. Poorly ruin, horrible food. Avoid at all cost!
Well was a pretty awful experience from the get go, server was inattentive, food took way to long for one of their signature dishes. A couple at the bar had a little too much to drink and she ends up throwing up causing one helluva scene by her boyfriend carrying on and not caring about who hears him. No manager in sight to handle all of the drama.This was our first time visiting this location - we have been to many others....can't say we'll ever be back!
Went with friends and had a good time there. Food was good as always and service was awesome. Will definitely go back and enjoy food with family and friends. Highly recommended.
This place has really gone down hill. Ive been a regular for years, the place is extremely understaffed and undermanaged. Staff spend extremely long amounts of time with tables of people they know, don't check on you, ask how your food is or if you need anything. I loved going here for the service a few years back. There's various other things but I'm not trying to burn them. Just an honest review of what I've seen. Owners should really step in and invest in what needs doing here.
Absolutely the best meal that our family had in a long time. The staff are exceptionally good and that makes you feel welcome.Will recommend to our neighbors and friends.
Horrible service…I don’t typically write bad reviews as I’m in the service industry myself but this was just unacceptable. To start, walking in I waited 5 mins to be seated and a couple who walked in after us was helped first. (Understandable).. We sit down and order a tiki madness each, it took 25 minutes to get and wasn’t made with all the ingredients as it was a solid green color (I’ve ordered it before and just wish we were notified as I would’ve ordered something else.) I ordered just chicken strips not wanting the side and was charged 15.99 as if the side was included. My friends chicken on her poutine was overcooked and dry. The server didn’t introduce herself, only had 2 other tables, never asked us how our food was and never brought me my water when I asked for one with the bill. The bartender and cook even came out and wasted time chatting with a table so no wonder why our food and drinks took so long. I got a to go wings and fries for my parents and the wings were toppled on top of the fries so when I got home the fries were soggy. I asked for a bottle of dill sauce to go with it and had to ask for a new one as it was passed the expiry date. So utterly disappointed and a waste of 70$ minus the delicious strawberry daq.. please be better next time
The chicken poutine and deep friend cauliflower was delicious. The club house sandwich was also really good, and large than a standard one. Service was a bit lacking and food took a while to come out. Also the appetizers showed up after the main course. About half the beer on tap was not available, but that was due to supplier issue and no fault of the restaurant
Food was delicious but they served three of our meals, after the rest of the table had already finished so we just took it to go but we are from out of town so those people who lost out on their meals didn't get to eat it until they got home from driving over 2hrs so they had cold food and hungry bellies. The food was good... just unfortunate the service was horrible. Sad to say because we did enjoy the food.
Great servers and the food was good. We will keep going back after hockey.
