bro i deadass drove here through thunder wind and rain while craving for popeyes the entire time and when i arrive and order 3 pieces of chicken they throw 3 pieces that are left out on a tray right infront of me into the box and then my friend who orders after me has to wait 20 minutes cause they ran out of chicken (HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHICKEN AT A POPEYES) and then i refill my fruitopia but its literally so warm and nasty and watered down and then they ran out of ice so sit down and try to eat my chicken but they didnt give me sauce so i go up and ask for sauce BUT THEYRE OUT OF SAUCE (HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF SAUCE AT POPEYES) and then the cashier comes over to our table and says "you actually can't sit here" WHY ARE THE TABLES AND CHAIRS HERE THEN and then im sitting there depressed eating my stale chicken wondering why im so hot AND IT TURNS OUT THEY HAVE NO AC I LITERALLY LEAVE THE POPEYES AND ITS COOLER OUTSIDE. don't come here go to mcdonalds instead im not kidding
Very rude workers at this location. They don't care about customers and will send them away saying its closed/no more food even when there's still 20-25min till closingCame at 10:30 and ordered a 5 piece, she told me it will take 15min so I was like ok no problem ill wait. I saw her face, she was not happy they had to make more food.Well the food took way longer than 15 minutes as I had to wait till after closing time as they were serving Uber first.That's not a problem but the rudest thing that ever happen when she handed me the food at 11:05 was that she right away shut down the lights in the entire store making it pitch black as I was checking to make sure I got everything on my order.This was the rudest thing that ever happened to me. I will not be back at this location ever again. Learn how to treat your customers.
Very bad experience in this location and don't want come back... All the chicken, like burger and tender are very salty that can't accept it... I orderd ghost pepper wings. They gave tender instead of wing without any notice.... Tender is cheap than wings. I through they are cheating with customers... Don't go and buy any food here....
My first taste of Popeyes. I had the daily special - minis - and they were great! Tasty and reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the hint of spicy.
almost 40minutes for a 12-piece chicken combo. they forgot our order. no tables available for seating. bathroom was closed. terrible customer service. I rather buy a chicken. kill it. and fry it. it would be faster
Very slow and disorganized. People leaning back not working when there is a line out the door and tons of chicken in the warmers.
Amazing staff and great food, always blown away how big the chicken sandwich is, can't get enough of the nuggets either!
Watched one of the workers here today take a pair of scissors from the kitchen, cut her nails with them and put them back in the kitchen without washing her hands or the scissors. Will be reporting this to local public health. ?
Decided to try this location tonight… ordered two 3- piece meals after being told by the girl they would each include: 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1 breast - which was what we wanted! cost over $24.00 - so angry when I got home and found he had actually put in each box: two tiny drumsticks and one thigh! No breast meat! Total rip off - barely any fries or onion rings (sides) … I have been to other locations that made great chicken … this one is a huge disappointment, will not return!
Slow service. Was told 10-15 mins been waiting half an hour. I'd be understanding if it was busy.
