Went to pickup pizzas at the store. They ask for a tip for online payment and in store payment. For PICKUP. Do they not make hourly wages?
Pizza was very sparsely topped and the ponzo was worse !! Is there new management, total disappointment.!!
We gave up on Pizzaville Newmarket a couple years ago due to ridiculous wait times for delivery.Decided to give them another shot on Jan. 30/22 and although the pizzas arrived on time, we were left disappointed yet again. Barely any toppings, cheese, or sauce. One of the toppings ordered was hot peppers, & I counted 7 on the whole pizza. The one plus was we ordered the pizzas well done, & they were. Pretty sure this was the last chance we give to this place.
I wouldn’t recommend this location of Pizzaville, I always get from another one, but this one got me a cold pizza and I had to wait a long time to pick up my online order.low quality and poor customer service
This place sell Old pizza even though they’re like a day before whatever the left they keep the for next day not good
My husband picked up panzorotti tonight they were very dry all the sauce leaked out and they were well done they were not edible. We reordered them after second attempt with customer service and drove from Holland Landing to new market to pick them up when I went into the store to show the fellow in charge the food he said there was nothing wrong with it and kept waving his hand at me saying that it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it I said the food is disgusting and we can’t eat it why are you arguing with me I wouldn’t drive all the way here if the food was good we’ve been coming here for many years since Our kids were little the man was Argumentative rude and told me I should be grateful for living in Canada he did finally replace them and I asked him to throw in some drinks for our inconvenience he said no people are starving in Africa I am appalled by his behaviour and I’m looking for someone from head office to contact me! Will never Go to this location again
After our last order of wings we where givin a fresh order of wings and to say out standing , lots of flavour and sauce. Thank-you
When the order arrived at the door multiple items had been substituted and the toppings were incorrect. After speaking with customer service I was assured a new pizza was on its way. The location then called me directly demanding the entire pizza be returned. I was told by customer service his was not required. I politely explained that a couple slices had been eaten because the children were hungry. The lady then said they wouldn’t bring a new pizza as they required the entire pizza back. So I told her I would just call customer service again as I was not going to fight with her. After speaking to CS I was assured it was not their policy to take the wrong pizza back as it is unsanitary and that they would speak to the location and a new pizza would be on its way. When the pizza finally arrived 3 hours after the initial order was placed it was basically just bread with almost so cheese and almost no toppings. Petty terrible staff
Visited this location for years when I lived in newmarket. Great pizza at the time, used to get a panzerotti whenever I was in the area passing by. Order yesterday, and to my surprise the staff was different from what I remember. Anyways I get my panzerotti after a longer than usual wait. They made my panzerotti half the size of what I remember and barely put any toppings or sauce. Don't come here, huge ripoff used to be good. Pretty sure management changed and they are just cheap/ don't care about customers.
What a joke!The order came 1hr 40mins after the order was initially placed. It was missing the kid's pizza (special shout out to the delivery guy who actually tried to argue that I didn't order a pizza). Since the kids didn't have food, I cut the 2 panzos in half and would you believe me if I said the toppings were incorrect? Cake topper was when I realized it contained mushrooms which both husband and daughter are allergic to.I called the head office who tried really hard to offer me a credit instead of a refund. Did the CSA actually think I would order and eat from here again? Did she not listen to the fiasco that was my night?Asked for the store's phone number and/or name of manager but it's their policy not to give that out. It's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting for the driver to come back.In case no one believes that a pizza place can screw up this badly, receipts and pictures attached.Thanks Pizzaville, my faith in people's incompetence remains at an all time high.
