I am very unhappy with the service. I understand that teenagers can be irritating but we spend the most money there. Some of us are very nice, stay quiet and clean up if we spill something. We are still human. We deserve respect. There was one day when I was in there where everyone’s pizza was burned I watched the employees tell a kind boy who asked for a new slice of pizza (adding the word please at the end) “no you’re going to eat that one. You don’t get another one”.
Emailed me with promotions after I ordered a pizza. I gave them no permission to send me spam and I consider this a violation of my privacy. You've lost my business, permanently.
Food is always great, and the staff is amazing, my son loves them! I’m a solo father I go in with my 3 year old sometimes, if they see me struggling they’ll often help me carry my stuff out to my truck.

if i could give it 0 stars. I would. This place has some of the rudest employees, especially the old short grumpy gray hair lady. she told us to wait “ a bit” i’m making it. We waited about an hour and once we asked where the pizza is she said in an aggressive and rude way she never made it and we have to wait another half an hour. Ridiculous customer service. Location is very dirty and smells like rotting cheese. Do not come to this place. I can’t believe this old hag was so aggressive and hostile towards us innocent children.
I go to this location at least once a week. The pizza is awesome ALWAYS.But what really keeps me going back is the customer services that I get from the guys working there. I always get a "hello, what would you like today?" And a warm smile...
Best pizza, with excellent service. I had their pizza several times, and always enjoyed it.!! Would definitely recommend these guys! Keep it up?
