I went to the new York fries in upper Canada about a week ago and I was very disappointed in the fact that they didn't have NO WEINERS or they didn't have any GRAVY!!!! HOW DO YOU HAVE A POUTINE AND HOTDOG PLACE WITHOUT NO GRAVY OR HOTDOGS ???
The most unorganized and unhygienic place i have visited, personally I work at a fast food place and can tell poor managment. It took them almost 30 min to make to poutines, all the toppings were mixed together, not a single person wore gloves while handling the food, also they weren't wearing their masks properly. This store needs a visit from an inspector.
To the store manager that I left speaking with that appears to have a British accident, you lied and provided raw French fries. Hardly any gravy and it’s disappointing that you were talking about taking pride and providing quality food, I would think it goes with cooked food... you mentioned today was your last day. I am not sure if you didn’t care anymore or didn’t want to be there but I would of been happier in getting my money back and you not providing the food the way it was.
Store actually closes at 6:30 on a Tuesday lol (30 mins before mall closes) wouldn’t let me order. What a joke.
Very disappointed. French fries were raw and not cooked. Had to throw it out.

they messed up order and made me pay. I also ordered a drink they charged me for 2 and filled up all the way with ice. I am not happy with thus service.

Excellent customer service and the manger is even better! Either avoid it or just take the mistake made by them, is a loss cause trying to correct it ! Just Keep an eye on ur receipt and don’t bother trying to get the manger to deal with it, as he put it “just don’t think too deep!” It hurts his head!
