That was the messiest meal I have ever had at a McDonald's. Mayo gushing out from all sides and it was all over the outside of the wrapper.Blt was just as bad, ketchup everywhere.?Not sure about the wood knife that I received to cut up my Son's chicken.Cashier ignored me and was rude.
Girlfriend and I picked up dinner for us and the family. Consisted of 7 burgers takeout. They jammed it all into one small bag…. Didn’t follow instructions…. And were giving attitude when grabbing our dinner….Main problem, what jarhead would jam all that into one bag squishing the boxes and burgers…. Lol
I just bought coffe from driveway 10 Min back. The lady on the window who was also called herself manager gave me cup without properly putting the lid. Hot coffee fell on my hand and arm. She did not even apologized, highly unpleasant and unprofessional . Shame on her for for not even behaving human. On top of it she was giving me the same cup of coffee which got spilled.
Suggest to go thru' drive through instead of ordering inside. Waited for at least 15 minutes before someone took our order; not to mention another 7 minutes before the order is ready. Someone in the queue decided not to order as he waited for too long. If looking for fast food, this place is not fast considering already order online and just required to scan the QR code and pay.
Drive-Thru early morning nowadays has been very slow! Especially this week. 6:30I get to the window for the girl to tell me their machine doesn't accept Apple pay right now so I have to go inside to pay with my phone...Waited at the register and there's no one to help, only 2 people doing everything its no wonder.It's probably faster going over to another location...
Went in today put my order in for a plain, no toppings, just cheese on one of my burgers and witnessed staff scrapping off the toppings of a pre-made burger. Placed an extra piece of cheese on it to hide the left over sauce, and proceeded to give it to me as my burger with no toppings just cheese. That said, I understand working in a fast food work place can be fast pace, but this was not what I would have expected at all!! Definitely not safe if someone had major food allergies… by cross contaminating that could have sent a customer intoanaphylactic shock!!! Would not eat here again since the food safety for the customers was NOT in staffs consideration!!!!
I went inside earlier today to get a coffee and a muffin. I was served by, what appeared to be a manager, named Alex and the attitude on this young fellow is utterly foul. He was rude and disrespectful when giving me my order. I also noticed several disrespectful remarks being thrown by him to other employees working in the store who looked to be upset, and I was very tempted to step in and say something to this individual. This is just unacceptable, and I especially felt terrible for the employees. I have been going to this location for 7 years now, and the staff and management has always been excellent. This manager I have never seen before in any of my past visits, so whoever put this fellow in charge should most definitely reconsider as this verbal disrespect to customers and even employees is not a joke and should be dealt with immediately. An FYI, I have never written a restaurant review ever in my life, but I couldn’t help it and had to learn how as this has been bothering me all day. Very upsetting to see and witness!
The staff are very polite here. I was here with someone else and one employee made sure we were personally handed the correct orders. My burger was neatly put together, no fallen lettuce.
Nothing to complain about here. Took my kids for their first dine-in at McDonald's since the pandemic started. Everything went well and the order was prepared correctly.
I would give it less stars if I could .Two times now I use mobile app ordering. I'm there for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting I see the drive-thru completely empty two times fill back up and completely empty again. Just for an egg McMuffin and a coffee. Lately it seems like all they care about is keeping their drive through flowing.Whatever happened to you first come first serveThe mobile app they don't really Care about first come first serve. If you're inside they don't care .The drive through is the best place to order if you're ordering.I go inside and they're giving me a hard time getting my money back.This is two times this happened I will never go to this McDonald's again I don't think I'm ever going to McDonald's again at all keep your freaking burgers.Service sucks. Food is maybe a 2 stars. Goodbye McDonald's.
