One of the more poorly run McDonald's that I've been to in recent memory. Drive through staff were unfriendly and didn't give me the ketchup I requested. Bagel was sloppily made and seemed to have a half ration of Mcchicken sauce on it. Hashbrown was out of the fryer for ten or fifteen minutes and therefore cold and soggy.Two stars because the coffee was hot and freshly made.
Typical McDonald's operation.. Never prioritizing uber eats/skip dishes orders. They make sure the drive-thru and Take-out orders have priority and think it's ok to have drivers wait around like paint waiting to dry
McDonald's at 1100 Davis Drive in Newmarket generally has fast & efficient service. I do find that they can be a bit slow on mobile orders when requesting curbside.
Super friendly at this location. Staff was very helpful as well. Washrooms we’re clean which is nice as well. After a long drive had to use them. Keep up the good work.
It is McDonald'sSet expectations accordingly.A very helpful server asked if I had a coupon today ( I didn't)She pulled one out and scanned it for me, saving me a few bucks.Very cool!
I would avoids this place after 4 pm. They always mistake at drive thue with your order. No straws, no sauce for nuggets, and when you ask at the window for straws or sauce they give you attitudes
I have never had such a pleasant experience in a McDonald’s drive-thru.Outstanding customer service & friendly staff.Bonus points for hot, fresh food! ☺️
Ordered double big mac ,got just the big mac.Ordered extra pickles on happy meal hamburger,got just 1 pickle.Ordered medium latte with extra espresso, feels like no espresso at all.
One of the better McDonald's. Quick, rarely gets orders wrong, good customer service.
Took my order. Read it back to me and all was good then get to the window and my whole order is messed up. The food was very poorly put together. Very disappointed.
