Love the place , there is a cashier on the drive through, that is just wonderful friendly and courteous. I only give 4 stars because there’s no consistency when you order smoothies, sometimes cup is full , sometimes way less that it should and they keep forgetting to put sugar on my partner’s coffee and he gets so annoyed.
I was at this location at 8:20 in the morning to get my breakfast. at drive thru I order 2 meal which I had coupon for it too. and made sure 2 times at speaker that they heard my order and also at cashier.. I paid at first window and when I got my order there was 1 sandwich and 2 coffee.. they was telling me that's what I ordered and person at the window was telling me to get your order or leave.. they was so rude won't go back to that location anymore
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Ordered over $30 worth of food and got accused of already receiving it. Made a complaint and got threatened with the cops. Whoever is in charge needs to reacces who's working the late night. Terrible terrible relations and experience. Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's . Makes me sick
I wanted to see the total price on the card machine in the drive-thru so I asked the guy if I could see it and he threw the heavy card machine at me. Horrible experience.
Doesn't always include all items in the order. Missing the sauces and had to ask for it again.Ice cream machine is typically mentioned as being broken when in fact it is this way every time a certain shift is there or at certain times of day. Meaning you might sometimes get ice cream or sometimes not. Even though the machine is not truly broken, they just don't want to clean it.
Firstly, nice location. In the heart Newmarket's most active artery - so easily accessible (as a destination, or enroute). However this advantage seems to also be its disadvantage: location is usually busy, making service a bit slower than usual. The staff do put up a brave face to this challenge: pleasant, quick, effective. Recommended location, but I wouldnt go during rush hour or lunch if i am in a hurry. Their wee apple pies are the best in the world!
This was the absolute most horrible experience.Was supposed to be a quick stop off. Made an order for curbside. Waited 20 min. Decided to go inside, had to resubmit my order... it was then realized my order was given to someone else, who I saw come in and mention this.Staff there then proceeded to try and give the returned food to me.I had to walk out, and still need my refund ... what a horrible experience
Of all the Mc’Ds in the area, this one is consistently extremely slow and messing up my order. Management needs to be replaced, staff are wonderful and friendly, but not being lead effectively.
The RUDEST , McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Absolutely disgusted with everyone who works here Especially MANAGER ‘IZZY’ disgusted with her behaviour with children she put her hand on my younger brother . WORST McDonald’s will never be going back
Tasty food but we requested an extra patty and extra pickles of which we received neither so had to take the food back. Staff was nice and fixed it quickly.
