Staff was attentive and for a buffet it was pretty clean. They provided disposable gloves and lots of sanitation stations in the food service area. In a post pandemic world. I was glad to see that. The food variety was good, but nothing struck me as amazing. I think the variety is the drawing card--because the price is not. The price for two people without drinks is around 90 dollars. I felt it wasn't worth it and the money could have been better spent somewhere else.Personally I felt a little pressure to get my money's worth that I overrate. That's entirely my fault. It will be a long time before we go back.

I took my son as he loves it here. For me it's ok but I would like some more variety with the buffet. There should be some of the staples such as beef and broccoli. I went for dinner and I was very disappointed to see there was no crab. $60 later I was full but not 100% satisfied. Very friendly servers and staff. Overall a decent time.

Well, they lied when I called and booked a time. Said one price on the phone then increased it 10 bucks when at the door. The food was fresh, but they had WAY too many people. They didn't push wearing masks or people having to wear plastic gloves when getting their food. It should have been mandatory. Some customers followed the rules many did not. It was a mad house and hard to move with hundreds of people gathering around the buffet.

I did take out here last night. Chicken balls were so hard that when I bit into it it was crunchy amd crumbled. The chicken wings take the cake. Chicken feather was still on the chicken even though it was deep fried, still sticking through the batter. They clearly do not wash or clean their food and re dry old food.. be aware people . Be cautious here..

It's much better than last time I visited it. The server for our table (Cindy) was amazing. She was very polite and had a big smile all the time. The restaurant was very clean and fully opened this time. The food was good but not the best. The price has gone up to 40$ per person. The server took a picture of us at the end. The greeting at the front desk was very nice. The washrooms are clean and tidy. The location is great and quiet with so many parking lots.

It's not one of the better mandarin I've been to compared to several others I went to. The food is decent but I felt the selection was missing on some things on a Sunday lunch time. The price is somewhat fair but a little on the higher end. The staff were friendly for the most part but not so much compared to other Mandarin locations. You can still not go wrong when it comes to a meal from Mandarin, but there are slightly better locations so it's not quite one you'd go out of your way for.

My family and I showed up for the buffet witch is the standard here, we checked the website and headed across town. Guess what, no buffet and no notification on the website. The hostess said we could order from the menu, my family has been getting the lunch buffet for a few years and they only offer it for dinner now. I guess we will be finding a new place!

We ordered for delivery. The food came promptly and was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly on the phone and the delivery man was very nice. Would recommend for good reliable food.

We came here on a Thursday night, the buffet was not available but they had a menu you could order from , most items ranged from 1.99 to 5.99 depending what you ordered, we came here expecting the buffet and this setup threw us off abit , took awhile to eat and to decide what to order , the selection didn't really cover all the bases and there was multiple things that were limited or sold out. Staff was super friendly though and she earned a full tip for sure , in the entire place which is not exactly small by any means it was just us and one other table. I recommend calling ahead to make sure the buffet is available that day , I don't think I would come back for the menu option.

Food was good, service was good. Everyones service gave a pleasant experience. Staff looks like hard working people, very aware of their surroundings and tend to your every need! Other restaurants could learn a thing or two about customer service. The only thing only I noticed was on our way out, their fish looked so hungry, all of them were pushing each other with their mouths above water looking at us.I hope they feed the fishes routinely. But aside from that, the experience is exactly like the one you'd get in Toronto if not better!
