One word: Delicious! My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner and we had a great experience. The restaurant has a good ambience, and don't forget to read the quotes on the wall.Jordan was our server and she took our order. It was her first day at work yesterday (May 29, 2022). All the best, girl!I ordered Red Wine Sangria and Plant-based Adobo Beyond Mexican Rice Bowl.My husband ordered Blue Hawaiian and Adobo Chicken Lime and Cilantro Rice Bowl.Everything we ordered was amazingly delicious. The portion size was quite big too. Jordan made sure we were doing good and that everything tasted well too.We will definitely be going to this restaurant again to try out different items on the menu.
The lobster tacos are absolutely to die for. This is one of the only places where I can get genuine Mexican flavours like I did back home.Service was excellent, and the decor is joyfully nostalgic. Grateful that this location survived the COVID closures the other two in Bradford and Barrie did not.
Went there on cinco de mayo and it was packed so we sat on the bar. We ordered tequilas which was so watered down, didnt like it. When the food came we had to ask for cutlery which took the server a long time. Then the same thing happened with the napkins and when we asked for take out boxes. We had to ask twice for everything. In terms of food the pork in tacos was a bit dry and wasnt to my liking. The service needs a huge improving.
Ordered the fully-loaded nachos, which were anything but fully-loaded.Nachos were only “loaded” with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. One would think fully-loaded would include red onions, jalapeños, beans (maybe), peppers, corn.. I don’t know… something more than just lettuce and tomatoes?Chicken and guac were extra (which is fine, but just adds on to an already expensive “fully loaded” nacho plate. No sour cream on the side or pico sauce either..Service was incredibly SLOW. Our waitress kept coming back to us apologizing that the bar taps weren’t working and then the debit machines weren’t working, etc etc.Loud tacky Mexican music also wasn’t very appealing and then it randomly turned to EDM of some sort which was also weird..My friends’ lobster tacos looked pretty good and the churros were good, but other than that it was very mediocre.
Visited this cozy place with my family members .It is situated middle of the Historic Newmarket Downtown with plenty of other shops and bars .I have to say the ambience was a great fusion of mexican culture insignia and moden bar and food places. We waited 10 minutes because of the low number of servers and tables being full at the time. Our server Vicki had a great attitude and was very sweet and helpful. She also brought us Homemade Habinero Sauce on the house which was extremely hot.The food took short time to arrive and all at the same time which was surprising and entralling in a positive way.I ordered Beef Tacos Hard Shell with( House Salad and Tortilla Chip Soup )Tasted quite good with fresh salad and yummy soup.Chicken Adobo Rice Bowl was large and had to be taken home as leftover. My brother had Pork quesedilla with cilantro rice and refried beans .The quesedilla got soggy quite fast which was not a good experience for my brotherOrdered a Pitcher of Lime Margarita .I must say Vicki did a great job with decoration and aesthetic of Margarita glasses and it had a refreshing limey flavor with a large capacity but the Tequila fell short and there wasn't much alcohal in it to my brothers disappointment. It tasted watered down.I too would have liked more tequila because at the end it felt like sweet lime water. The men's washroom seemed clean. My sis in law complained the ladies washroom could use some cleaning.I would surely visit it in future good food and dine in service and expect more flavour of alcohol.

I ordered strawberry Bulldogs which was a fantastic cocktail. My main dish was Chimichangas with Beef Barbacoa which was a great burrito. The waitress was so kind and helpful.I loved this place and recommend to all.
Fron the time we entered this restaurant with a friendly, warm hostess we knew this was the place for us. The staff were all warm, friendly and never rushed our meal. My son said his slushy was the best ever. Everything we ordered was true perfection. We can’t wait to go back and try out the rest of menu as it all looked spectacular. We highly recommend this local, family owned business. We can’t wait to come back. Look no further for the best ever Mexican restaurant !
Went out for dinner last evening to Made in Mexico. The place was full of happy people. It was so lovely. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful with the menu recommendations.Good? OMG… so delicious, so fresh, so well presented. We cannot wait to go back. Portion size amazing, took some home for lunch.Thank you for an incredible experience.
We were hoping to eat in, but it was a busy night and we should have made reservations. So, to be fair we may have enjoyed the food more if it wasn't take out. A busy restaurant is usually a good sign.I had the beef barbacoa chimichanga, which I liked and was filling. My wife had the quesadilla which she found bland, perhaps a salsa was missing. The cilantro rice was nice. The biggest disappointment were the jalapeño poppers which had us both scratching our heads. They had no taste. There was no cheese inside just a beef of some sort. No salt at all. You couldn't even taste the jalapeño and there was no heat to it at all. So weird, we couldn't even finish them because it was like chewing unsweetened funnel cake. The homemade hot sauce was nice and hot.
