Honestly the food here has never been a problem for me, but what is, are some of the rude younger employees who talk to customers like they are disgusting! I can't stand when people who work in customer service, don't know what common decency is! I get it you hate your job, but customers just want to come order and eat, no one asked for your attitude! Hope they see this review and grow the hell up
The food is always great, weekends are tough to wait, but that’s only because the line is so long. Wait times are always reasonable because I’m sure they’ve been hiring new employees, some of which are teenagers. All in all, this place is often the best KFC in Newmarket.

They don't follow the Colonel's recepit for the chicken tenders. The 11 spices are void. Markham and hwy7 does it RIGHT. Coming home from work I sometimes get them there. The mall ones suck. ZERO..Must be a different supplier, like maybe NoFrills. Really ticks me off.
Order a "famous Crispy chicken sandwich" it was saugy and smelled like it microwaved. Threw it out. Disgusting. Never trusting this place.
We purchased Kentucky fried chicken bucket and when we got it delivered the whole bottom of the bucket was full of Greece. We called many times to see what they would do and they assured us they were going to correct the problem by giving us a free one I am not looking for the freebies but I do wish when they send out their chicken it is not fried in bad bad grease what a very disappointment will not be back to buy from this place
