Food very greasy, chicken was sitting for a long time so the bottom was cold and the top hot, the fries weren't cook all the way through, the salad was ok. I think I'm gonna skip this one next time.
A few days ago I craved crispy chicken and decided to buy from this KFC location, The worst crispy chicken finger ever! It was too salty that I couldn’t even swallow the first bite of it. I tried this location right after they opened up way before Covid for dining in and at that time the food was cold and customer service was low, but I decided to try them one more time as they are very close to where I live and won’t come back again at all.
Ordered a family size bucket a few weeks ago. The chicken were too dry it was hard to eat. The fries were very hard to eat too. They didn't cook it at a high enough temperature. This particular location I wouldn't recommend. I've had better experiences in Richmond hill KFC.
Where are they getting their chickens from? Or are they chickens. Got home and opened the box only to find the chicken thigh I ordered was sooo small that, if I was lucky, it may have covered a very small hamburger bun. The chicken breast was not any better. I should have known better. A friend of mine had the exact same experience. Will not be ordering from KFC anymore!
Never been IN the restaurant, but the drive thru is pretty quick. Food is good most of the time, sometimes a bit more grease, but come on, that's why we go.
Scorching chicken sandwich was very good. I hope it is here to stay. The hot wings were also good; KFC hot wings are underrated. The 4 piece chicken was okay. Some of the pieces were quite dry. Also, 2 pieces were tiny pieces, so I felt a bit ripped off as it was more like a 3 piece at most.
I would honestly would give a zero rating if possible. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I gave benefit of doubt 3 chances within 4 years.My first order at this location the chicken was overly greasy. Fries were so soggy they may as well been mashed potatoesI thought maybe my first order was circumstantial and a year later tried again. I nearly vomited when I realized my chicken sandwich was half raw. I let it go though I wish I never.Today almost 3 years from my last order was the last straw. I'm contacting corporate.I ordered through Uber,Sandwiches were soggy and greasey. Chicken was dark brown. I also ordered a 4 piece combo. Again chicken was brown and greasey beyond measure. Fries and gravey were disgusting. Never in my life have I had such terrible quality food from any establishment. Let alone 3 times in a row. This location should be shut down.
Overcooked, dry. I think that somebody literally threw the sandwich in the bag because I had to reassemble it. Completely miserable people working here. Would avoid this location at all costs.
Great and fast staff. I used the app to order and picked it up at drive-through after couple of mins. They did was prepared in the best way, and staff were super friendly!
Honestly I'd give a lower score but felt this might get different attention.The staff have no regard for customer service...they simply cater to the drive through.I made my order online off the app, went in to pick up my order...was waiting a good 5 mins before anyone acknowledged I was in the restaurant, despite 3 staff members clearly locking eyes with me seeing I came into the restaurant.They didn't care to see what I could have wanted. If I wanted to place an order or pick up my order. It wasn't until I spoke up and demanded to speak to someone that my presence was ever acknowledged.My order was on the counter waiting....There were 2 other customers in the restaurant before me...I asked how long they'd been waiting, one of them shrugged and said 20 mins+ shaking her head ...Really disappointing.
