The chicken thigh was cut in half and served as 2 pieces in the 4 pieces combo! Couldn’t order inside because they were short staffed and had no cashier so had to wait in the drive through lineup for 35 minutes. The worst KFC location I have ever been to.
We love taco smell as well as KFC of courseAlways a busy place but very nice manager great in-store staff The speaker system outside in the drive-thru could use a bit of a refurbishment.But again five starwe go once a week
The food is generally good. However the location is definitely in need of a renovation. Very dated. The bathrooms are horrible.
Purchased a bucket through the drive through, chicken was dry and bland! Very disappointed!
Wife and grandson love taco bell I like KFC good food all round.
The female manager behind the counter kept telling the poor girl at the cash to wait to assist her with a refund and stop taking orders because they were busy with drivethru. 15 minutes later the poor girl at the cash was still waiting for assistance from manager. Manager again said wait stop taking orders we are too busy with the drive thru orders. She hadn't taken any orders because she couldn't. Still waiting for the refund. Not sure why drivethru are getting served and why walk-ins are not being served. Close your front doors or drivethru if you are understaffed or unable to handle the requests. 31 minutes. First world problems but the service from this manager was terrible. Two other staff attempted to compensate for her . Disappointed. Also both your fountain machines are off
Ordered 10 piece chicken with 3 side and I swear the chicken thigh looks like it was cut in half and served it as two pieces. Total rip-off the this location. Very disappointing. KFC is supposed to be fast food, but this place is more of slow food. I spent half an hour getting my order from their drive-thru, and there were only a few cars ahead of me. Also, when I finally got the chickens, they were cut too small. I will try other locations next time.
Don't know what to say...The worst chicken sandwiches ever in my whole life!!!Cannot believe that KFC quality is downgraded this much...Just bought the $10 deal of two chicken sandwiches for my kids and they realized the BLACK color on both of them. Then I tried just a little bite... omg, the taste and smell were terrible (most probably the chicken pieces were perished).As I thought, this deal is to just get rid of the chicken pieces that were held for a long time.Totally disappointed and really upset.Also called their customer service and they promised to send a voucher of more than the price, but told them even with a $1000 voucher, this is totally unacceptable.What if my kids wouldn't realize? Still not sure if these chicken pieces are toxic or not.
My husband waited in a long line just to get in and then they said no more chickens at 6pm which sounds really hilarious. Then I order uber eat and they still deliver?? Very confusing!
