We have the best ending to our mini-weekend outing at this Jack Astor's location. Our server was fantastic! He's very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. The food was phenomenal and still had some leftovers to take home. This place is highly recommend!
Excellent food and amazing vibes with lovely flowers arrangement outdoor that gets u smile while enjoying your lunch. They have limited time nachos menu that was very very rich and nice. Lobster and crab dip was very very nice. The wings were a little dry though
Where to start... the good is the friendly staff. The rest is for your own discretion, 3 orders of over cooked noodles and wss tasteless with no flavor at all. Build your own pan bread was a surprise, if they would have told me that I'm to assemble the pan bread at home I would probably not ordered as it is no longer soft and buttery as when you order in.
I’ve been here a few times thus far and I must say the food here is amazing my only issue is that the drinks could be a bit stronger… the bruschettas are very good the wings are great and my kids love the kids menu!
I went there with my family and won't ever go back. The place wasn't cleaned properly,there was so much food underneath the table that we had to ask the hostess if she could sweep it up for us before we were seated. While giving us our drinks, the waitress (Emma) spilled two of them, wetting us. When she moved us to a different table so she could clean up the mess, a kid was running around and climbing up on tables. The food is unremarkable, with the menus consisting mainly of overpriced burgers, while the rice and pasta dishes serving sizes are pretty small. Given the drink spill situation, it would have been nice to receive some form of compensation, but we didn't. I would not recommend here.
Never a disappointment when you come to Jack’s ?? You come here and know what you’re getting yourself into.Pictured below is the tuna poke salad ?? and my buddy got .. one of the burgers and fries ?Both were scrumptious, service was great and food is reasonably priced.Obviously I’ll be back. I would have definitely given 5 stars if the burgers were a tad bigger. They are really tiny for the price in my opinion. Taste is awesome and that's the reason we frequent this place (mostly take out)
We were looking for a Irish pub to celebrate St Patrick's days however no chance! So ended up at Jack Astors Newmarket. getting seated, ordering, and food arrival was pretty quick and we had a great night.
Me and my party got the GREATEST service from our server Milad. He ensured we were always happy with our service and experience. He was extremely hospitable and efficient and leveled up our dinner experience. Food was delicious and feel flavoured!
Terrible experience. The server Ryan was phenomenal and I felt so bad for him because the kitchen failed him today. My nachos were over cooked (burned), my brothers burger was awful and he found a hair in his salad and the rice in my mother's and my daughters dishes was very sticky and not cooked properly. The server went to the manager and they comped the three adult meals but the manager didn't even come to our table to speak to us. Forgot to add I booked reservations two weeks ago for the Elvis booth and today I was told we couldn't have the table because they didn't have a server for that area?!
