Nice little bubble tea spot. The space is always very clean. I usually order the Brown Sugar bubble tea with tapioca which taste like dessert in a cup! They have all sorts of different flavours including Oreo and Ferrero rocher. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's into Bubble tea!

The drinks are so good, and the place smells so nice, that you will be back every day for milk teas. Now, no other tapioca tastes as good and I have to go to this spot to get my teas.

Omg. No words can express how much I enjoy this location. Plus the stamp card. It's the only place I go for my favorite fruit slush with mango Pearl's. Staff is attentive friendly and strict about restrictions. I love it. Best establishment for bubble tea and extra treats.
I've been there a few times. All of the drinks have been good, but the ice-cream rolls and waffles are amazing, as you can choose stuff like Pocky, Oreos, marshmallows, ect. The only downside is the HUGE wait time, so I recommend ordering, leaving, and then coming back.
