With the discontinuation of the Lightlife burger and the fact that the dining room closes at 8 pm on a Saturday night, I truly believe that this location, and the entire Harvey's chain for that matter, is no longer relevant in the marketplace for vegans and vegetarians who will now stay away in droves as per an "enhanced" veggie burger that is now the only plant-based option on the menu. We eat more than vegetable and fruit salad. Heck, even people of all diet types are annoyed with the chain. Keep it up and you'll go out of business, joining the ghost yard of failed businesses that lost their way by not providing a stellar customer service and lots of options on the menu.
Drive-thru Disaster.Extremely long line ups (~10-15 min). Staff stop talking orders before store closes.Understaffed.
I hate the sneaky, unethical upselling that occurs here. I asked for a kids meal with Apple juice as the drink. Looked at my bill afterwards and saw an extra 1.30 on the bill for the apple juice. I went and asked why the charge when Apple juice is supposed to be included in the meal. I got "oh, you wanted the juice box apple juice, we charged you for the large bottle of juice" then offered me to switch it out for the juice box and refund me the difference. I never asked for a larger juice. I asked for the kids meal for a kid with me and apple juice as the choice of drink.Customer service here was bad and I am not impressed. Also, when the burger was dressed, drink and onion rings in place on tray that was sitting beside garnish station the employ started to help someone else complaining aboit somwthing forgot in their order instead of passing me my order that wad complete first.Kids meal was also supposed to come with a plant which I had to go back amd ask for. These people need to get there act together with their service and upselling.Harvey has great food but very typical at numerous locations that the service of bad with constant errors.
Order on Harvey's offical website and come to drive thru to pick up. What shocked me was that the store was completely closed. My order was charged normally and not cancelled. Irresponsible service!Never order again!

Horrible! 2 chicken wraps that were basically all wrap. Will never eat there again.
The owner made my experience that much better as he was so personable and had customer service in mind. The food was as ordered, and I would highly recommend this location.

Google said that they were open and when I pulled up there was a car in the Drive-Thru but no one was taking an order when I said hello they just turned off the lights on the ordering menu and I don't know what's happening it's the second time I pull up there and either I'm getting bad service or no service while Google is saying that the place is still open we need a change of ownership change of ownership
