I tried both their smash burger and one of their chicken sandwiches "ken" Both were amazing. I think I actually preferred the chicken over the burger. Sides and apps were also so good. Their cheese sticks were one of the best I've ever had. They also have a ton of add on options and sauces. My only criticism is that it was a bit salty but other than that I look forward to going again very soon!
Visited this place with my boyfriend for dinner on a friend's recommendation. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere and ambience was great with a live band playing. The hostess seated us in the outdoor patio. Our server greeted us and took our orders swiftly. While our drinks came right away, we did have to wait a little longer for our burgers to arrive, yet it was delicious and cooked to perfection.Would love to try their build-a-burger option next time!
Restaurant/Bar vibes were great and the patio had a good size.A few of the servers could have done a better job, at least ours seemed like she hated her Saturday afternoon.Burger was okay though I understood the flavours they are trying to create. My burger, though, was okay at best. Buns were COLD. Patty was REALLY DRY.House sauce was great and the fries were immaculate.
If you want to try some of the best burgers EVER come to eat here! This place has it all! They’ve got a huge selection of toppings and patties to choose from and you can tell the chef is very passionate about what he does because EVERY burger I’ve had from here has been a 10/10 so far. I’d highly recommend getting a milkshake as well, sometimes they’ve got specialty shakes that… well… just look at the picture ? I just had the food here and let me tell you, its one of the most over rated burger joints I've ever eaten at. I ordered the "smoke'em while youve got'em" .. terribly small portion of a burger patty which was definitely NOT a 6oz patty. The bun was super cold and became very soggy in 30 seconds, at least toast the toast guys!! The overall burger was flavorless and i had to douse it with hot sauce to get any sort of flavor. For a $22 burger you'd expect much MUCH better quality and size. The only good part of our meal was the excellent salad and good service. We will not be back.
The food is amazing, don't get me wrong. My mom and I went for dinner last night and the service was just awful. We were sat beside a family with screaming and crying children, which the parents were trying their best and is not their fault. They could have sat us anywhere else in the restaurant, which was not full at the time.We then waited 15 minutes before the waitress came to our table to get us drinks and she didn't even take our food order she said she would come back to do so. In this time, a table that was seated after us was already served drinks and appetizers. The drinks took about 10 minutes to arrive (it was just a coke and lemonade). Then she came back to take our food order which was taken on a phone, not very professional. It appeared that she was struggling to input the order on this device.After waiting 45 minutes our food finally showed up. The waitress never once came over to apologize for the wait or anything. Once it arrived, I had asked for my burger well done with no pink inside and the burger was pink. At this point I didn't even want to send it back because I was so hungry who knows how long that would have taken.She checked on our table once, but we were sitting for over 15 minutes after finishing our food before she came to take the dishes and bring us the bill. She kept walking right by our table not even looking in our direction. We were sat by the door and it was quite cold. It wasn't until we both had our jackets on that she came over and we asked for take out containers and the bill. She came with those and then we left.The food was good but it was unfortunate that the service was bad. The other waitresses seemed to be fine handling their tables, which were much larger than ours. There was an uber driver who had come in and waited about 20 minutes before he was given his food, and he asked two staff members for the food.I would not recommend this place for their service. They are overpriced for what you get, and although the food is good it's not made correctly.
We came in the early afternoon with some friends we haven't seen in a long time for lunch. Good food as per usual but we got told to leave as our 1.5hr time limit was up due to an incoming reservation. It seemed very odd that we were told that, it was abruptly said. Our bills combined were over $250. There were five of us still with drinks and food left. It was awkward and we thought it was a joke at first.They could've sat us at a different table or put us at the bar to continue enjoying the evening. Maybe the server was new and didn't know how to approach us properly. Not her fault but that's just bad management right there. We're from out of town and I wouldn't go back.$250 + tip is a lot of money. I'd much rather support Crows Nest next time.I want to apologize to my friends for this embarrassing moment.
Came here for dinner for the first time since before Covid and we were really impressed! The food quality was excellent, everything was delicious and just as we ordered. The service was quick and our server was very attentive. Will definitely make another visit!
