The food is good. Pricing has gone up but in line with everything else.It's not fantastic food, but if you need a quick lunch that tastes good and you want to be filled up this is a good place to choose.I always buy off the lunch specials menu which includes a drink or spring roll so you've got a couple options.
Hot & sour soup could have the spiciness customised. I got it mild. It was pretty good: choke full of ingredients & one or two slivers of bbq pork. Prices are wallet friendly.
Shrimp spring roll was big for a spring roll. There were 2 whole shrimp inside. It was decent. Egg roll had cabbage & roast pork inside. That beats bean sprouts. It was decent.
Chicken fried rice in lunch set was ok. There was no particular flavour. There were a few chunks of chicken.
Hunan beef was ok. The sauce was rather sweet. You can customise the spice level. Mild was pleasant. It was cut with quite a bit of western vegetables but there was still a good amount of beef.
The food is ok but I ordered the lunch special, sweet and sour chicken, as per their website .. and received chicken balls with no sauce or vegetables. I wouldn't have written a review if the person who I spoke with on the phone didn't tell me "we don't serve chicken with vegetables"They didn't offer me anything, just more sauce for next time I come in..Very disappointed
Quality has improved, always on time & quick, great General Tso Chicken, Singapore style noodles, and hot & sour soups :-D
reminds me of the restaurants at chinatown in toronto, this was the best chinese restaurant i've tried in the northern gta area.price is great, there's a lot of options and most are classic dishes you can find anywhere. delivery is also spot on.probably not a good option for people who like mandarin.
