I don’t know why people have to badmouth a restaurant over issues with staff that can’t be resolved? This is a great, friendly place and they try their best to please customers. Be kind, understanding and think before you post nasty stuff?.

My husband and I come for breakfast on Tuesday mornings, we are regulars and we absolutely love Denise, she always has a warm smile and makes us feel welcome, the service she provides is outstanding and her attention to detail is fantastic. We have noticed for the past few weeks that she has not been here and the replacement is by far substandard. After reading the disgusting review three weeks ago I though I would write a comment to say what a gem that Denise is and the business is truly lucky to have her. My husband and I were in the restaurant the morning of the said incident and it was extremely busy and Denise appeared to be working alone and run off her feet which is why patience is a virtue. Can't wait to see Denise again hopefully in the near future.

About a month ago I had a great experience being served by a waitress named Denise. She was very friendly, checked in with me regularly and was helping a bunch of other tables at the same time. I've come by a few times since then and I guess I keep missing her; the service has been an okay replacement. Overall, I really hope everyone gets to experience being served by Denise as well!Daybreak is usually my go to breakfast spot! The prices are fair, food tastes great but truly the waitresses/ servers make this place something special. These women are running off their feet, helping those that are dining in, taking orders over the phone and regularly checking in with each table to ensure everyone has their meal to their liking.

I am not impressed with how management treats their employees at this location. My mother went into work against physician advice with pneumonia because Helen had no staff and my mother felt guilty and didne't want to let her down. It was very busy, she received little help and because of an incident she is being reprimanded for something that she was NOT in the wrong for and because she wasn't herself! Absolutely disgusting

Excellent food, extremely generous portions and great pricing. Very kind servers. I highly recommend the breakfast poutine.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. About 10 too many tables, service was horrible, restaurant was dirty, food was gross, absolutely unnecessarily crowded.Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. If I could give a lesser review, I would. So bad.

We ordered breakfast from here via skip the dishes on Mother’s Day. There was no mention of any delays but I ordered an hour in advance knowing it would take longer than expected due to the day. It’s now been 2 hours and 30 minutes and we still have no food. Skip delivery person has been waiting there for almost an hour. I’ve tried calling the restaurant but they’ve disconnected their phones..This place is obviously unorganized and can’t work well under pressure. I’ll never order or dine at this location again and I would suggest others do not as well.

We ordered breakfast today and it took 1hr 20 mins to receive our food.Our order also had 1 of the dishes wrong.The delivery driver said there was no staff, but if thats true why are you open to serve food without any staff. Quite disappointed today.
