We were driving past and saw all the cars in the parking lot and decided to stop for lunch. It turned out to be great! it is a quaint little put along a stream. Club sandwich was very tasty and the liver and onions were the best I've had in a long time. Our server Kim was very so friendly and very nice.

Went here on 3 occasions. Very pleased each time.I first came with my partner and had the Reuben sandwich and spinach and bacon dip. Was very delicious and filling. A lot of corned beef and very big. We were confident enough to bring our visiting guest a couple weeks later and she was also quite taken with the decor and food. I had the haddock and chips and loved how crispy the fish was.Recently went in family and dog in tow and sat in the outdoor patio seating. Angus dip had so much flavour it’s probably my favourite so far. There are bugs ( it is summer and a river nearby). But overall everyone enjoyed their food and service has always been great. Will be the local eat out pub place I go to.

Such a cute pub like feel. Hosts, and servers were all super friendly. The food was absolutely delicious (I highly recommend the mango habanero dry rub they have for wings) and I found the portion size to price was very reasonable, ordered a margarita that was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Overall, very happy that my partner and I chose Crow's Nest for date night. Will definitely have to go there again!

My friends and I went for brunch and their options were good. I tried their quiche+soup and it was very flavorful. Portion was good -some breakfast options came with 4 large bread pieces. The decor was charming and the bathroom was clean.Service was good but need improvement in terms of attention to details. After our food is served, it was hard to flag down our waiter. My boyfriend's cottage pie was served without a spoon so after waiting for a bit,I just gave him mine.

I always found the crows nest to be my favorite restaurant in Newmarket till now. In the last while I felt the service has been very poor and felt like we were treated like second class citizens. Today we went to the crows nest for our reservation and the greeter welcomes you with arrogance next the waitress is snobby with you because you are trying to choose a drink from a limited selection ( which they were out of quite a few) and when they bring your drink to you it's not cold. I was very disappointed in the service that was provided this evening

Great food, Clean atmosphere, and friendly staff.

We went for lunch and the menu was perfect. Lots of choices but not overwhelming! I had the French onion soup and it was so so good. I think they actually used gruyere cheese which you don't see at a pub! Then I had the chili Nachos and they offer a half portion, they were very good!

great place, atmosphere great staff...one of our favorite places.

We came to Crown’s Nest as part of a large group party. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us.It was a “Rib Night” so, we ordered Half-Rack Ribs with Grilled Chicken Breast; along with the Liver & Onions plate. We also tried the Potato & Cheese Perogies.Overall, the drinks and the food were quite good for pub fare and, I think that everyone enjoyed theirs. The ambiance was casual and warming, with a quaint decor and lots of things to explore.

Rude service from the server. We didn't receive utensils at our table and when we asked the server about it, she said, "Oh, didn't you know? It's 'eat with your hands day' today!" She did bring the utensils to us after, but the way she brushed the request off with a joke like that was insincere. We didn't appreciate it.Schnitzel was very bland.Cottage Pie and Irish Nachos were overly salty.Irish Nachos were overpriced at $18, the same price as a main.Clientele seem to be repeat local customers only. We were disappointed this pub did not serve green beer as part of the St. Patrick's Day celebrations. They have a good-sized parking lot as well as lots of street parking in front of the restaurant.
