Cozy little shop with friendly staff. Ice cream presentation is gorgeous and highly instagrammable! Will definitely be back!
A cute little shop on Main St!Reminds me of my boyscout years at the end of camp and getting ice cream at the local shops in Kawartha. The nostalgia is all there!Be sure to try the salty caramel truffle! Also, my girlfriend got the dalgona coffee she really enjoyed that as well.I know theres alot of other places introducing high protien options, maybe thats something to consider in the future?
Honestly one of the best ice creams i have ever eaten.Cookies & cream flavour was amazing !Prices are fair, similar to baskin RobbinsAnd the shop is real cute! Definitely going back soon !!
The old owners were wonderful. I want to preface my review with that. It's unfortunate that they have retired because they were great. I do not drop one star reviews lightly.Today, I asked for a milkshake with half of one flavour and half of another flavour. I was not asking for additional ice cream. I was asking to experiment with flavours, the entire point of a shop like this one.The guy at the counter tried to argue that he couldn't mix flavours for a milkshake. I had already paid for it, and he hadn't started making it yet. I asked for my money back, and only then did he agree to make the milkshake.If I wanted to put milk and a single flavour of store bought ice cream into a blender at home, it would have costed me far less to do. The purpose of an ice cream shoppe is to allow for experimental freedom, which is no longer a thing under the new ownership.
Bene Bene Waffle & Ice Cream shop is nice and clean, the chocolate milk shake you get from them is delicious, the ice cream you get from here I like Ice Cream is delicious.
The place is very dirty. We ordered bubble tea and milk shake . Milk shake was ok but the bubble tea not even close to a good bubble tea
Nice little ice cream joint with pretty good ice cream flavor variety. The location is perfect of you plan to have dinner somewhere on Main Street in Newmarket because it gives you an option for ice cream, crepe and/or waffles for dessert.
Good selection of kwartha ice cream flavours at reasonable prices, nothing spectacular. Was told at the checkout that I could not order the crepes because of high customer volume which was a huge disappointment.Fresh fruit Mango smoothie barely tasted like mango, tasted more like straight up ice. Even when it melted down, just tasted like mildly favoured water. I’m sure it is fresh fruit, but defin not a lot of it…Not worth $5.99. Would not come here again.
We should be able to see the ice cream we are buying on the display before paying just like many other ice cream stores in Canada. Why did you block the display section with strings? The strings can prevent the virus came from your country?
I know a lot of people are upset that portion sizes aren't ginormous or sometimes things get forgotten but...I mean, we are just coming out of a pandemic that have hit these small businesses h.a.r.d.went here today with my partner and got ice cream. it was yummy. :) the owners were friendly and will definitely visit again.
