I wouldn't go there ever again. Especially not for their $15 Greek salad that was sitting there for a while before being brought to our table with soggy with rotten lettuce. Nothing was good here.
We ordered chicken souvlaki on a pita, pork souvlaki on a pita and a fried calamari appetizer for take-out.I don't know if it's because it was take out but the chicken souvlaki was terribly dry, the pork souvlaki was semi dry and the fried calamari tastes worse than the frozen ones you buy and heat up in the toaster oven.The tzatziki was good but that's about all that was good.I've eaten at Astoria on the Danforth and this location should not be called Astoria.
Had a big catering order for my sons birthday this past weekend. Friendly staff and very helpful to make sure I had enough food for almost 70 people! Food was fresh and delicious, our guests LOVED it! So many compliments. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering again! And the owner was SO nice! We recommend 100%
Horrendous food! (Newmarket)Only reason I give it 2 stars is the salad was decent. Food is way overpriced and awful. I ordered a chicken salad which came to $22, and that would be perfectly fine if I could eat the chicken!! It literally felt like I was chewing rubber!!! Way overcooked and tasteless.Funny thing when I came back to the office others said the same thing about their food!! I should’ve asked before I tried it.
Food was average at best. We have had better Greek food in shopping mall food courts. Pita was boring and garnish relatively tasteless. All 3 orders were not hot including fries. Luke warm would be a complement.
Food was good, we got the lamb and chicken skewers. It was tender and flavorful. A little bit lite on the portion size for the money, but overall a good experience.
Very disappointed with the quality of food.The chicken souvlaki was disgusting and it didn't taste anything like Greek souvlaki and the lamb chops were even more disgusting. Way over priced for small portions and very poor quality. Not stepping inside this restaurant ever again.
My family comes to this location for the last few years. They have many good options veg/non-veg and they are all delicious. The portions you pay for are worth every penny and the quality of the food here is always the bestThe service is fast, attentive and they always are polite when you order. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for dine-in or take out, you will love the flavours here.
The food was excellent. We didn't eat it all, so we brought it home to enjoy later for a snack. Our server was great and very friendly. We love it!
Came in tonight with my family and friends. The server was great. Food was great. Definitely will come back again when I'm in town!
