Excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered on a busy weekend night, my order was ready on time, when I walked in I was greeted with a smile, we had a nice chat, overall very good service. When I got home I opened my pizza box and was amazed! They don’t cheap out on ingredients and their quantity. Pizza was delicious! Well made, well baked. It was my first time at Willy’s Pizza on Cerdarview, but it will certainly not be my last :) Can’t wait to try more pizzas
So disappointed! After reading all of the fantastic reviews (and seeing the yummy pictures) I ordered online on a Friday night for delivery and it said it would take 50 minutes. I called after an 1hr and 10mins to check on the status and make sure all was ok. I do understand it was a Friday night so they are super busy, no big deal. But the person who answered told me I need to leave a bigger tip for the driver (I did the 10% option it defaulted to which was almost $4 on the website plus the delivery fee) because I was 10/15 mins away from them and gas was expensive for the delivery driver. So I followed instructions and when she came I gave her an extra $3 for almost a $7 tip in total. When I tried the food it was cold. My mozzarella sticks were almost solid and somewhat mushy on the outside and the pizza was only warm and super doughy. Ugh, I waited a long time to get the pizza and was instructed to give a bigger tip just to have a major food let down. Maybe my food sat before it was delivered?! Wont be ordering again sadly.
I’ve ordered pizza from most of the joints in Barrhaven. IMHO Willy’s comes out on top. Their pies pack a real thicc helping of cheese, and the sauce underneath is a shade darker than average and packs a bit of zest. This, combined with their delicious wings makes Willy’s the go-to for anyone craving solid, substantial North American style greasy sllices.
Lunch special was fast and filling. Great price, excellent pizza. This is the pizza place to choose in this neighborhood.
I have been ordering from the barrhaven location for over 10 yrs almost every week. Jan 14th I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 pizza came 80 min later and I did not get my other pizza. I called and was told I would get the other one. That one came 75 min later. No apologies, no discount or any type of offer. Terribly disappointing. I have spent over 15k supporting this business. I will no longer support this location. This is not how you treat loyal customers.
Great pizza. Loads of toppings and dips are yummy. Unfortunately I've had two bad experiences here. They forgot a drink once and a sauce once. I don't order from them often, so this has been sort of a trend. Not sure if it's being done on purpose to save money, but it's annoying. Nobody is going to go back to get a missing pop or dip. Just get the order right. Have decided to try other places for this reason. Again, pizza is good and has been my favourite for a while, but I don't like the lack of attention to my orders.
It's been a while since we've had Willy's food. The wings are even better than I remember. And the pizza.......oh my oh my oh my........was incredible. We had the House Special. The only way it could be better is if the meatballs were freshly home made.
Ordered from this location last night and was very disappointed. I ordered a medium deluxe pizza and a small poutine. The girl on the phone told me it would take about 30 minutes to deliver and told me my amount was $31.25. The pizza arrived over an hour late and was told the total was in fact $37.85. The pizza tasted very mediocre and lukewarm. The poutine was probably the worst I’ve had in my entire life. It was cold, the fries tasted like freezer burn and don’t get me started on the gravy. We couldn’t eat the poutine and threw it away. Had one slice of pizza and lost my appetite. I’ve ordered from other locations before so really did not expect this. A complete waste of money as most of it went in the garbage, I’ll never be ordering from there again.
We are long time Kanata North customers recently moved to Barrhaven. For many years we enjoyed consistent, high level service in Kanata and we are pleased that it continues in Barrhaven - thin crust, well done, all the time. Find ordering by phone to be better than ordering on line but you can expect top notch customer service and quick delivery times. Willy's contines to be our go-to pizzeria.
Sadly, we were disappointed this evening. We made a larger order, were told under an hour for delivery and it took close to 2 hours to arrive. Zero compensation was offered. Zero apologies when we called to inquire what was going on with the order. We ordered to try and support local, but not sure we will order here for awhile.
