The Worst service i Ever had at 730pm , Lazy People Just Stand Around where is the manger . PLUS THE WAY THE CASHIER WAS LOOKING DOWN AT A ME WAS ANNOYING . I used their drive thru four times during the past three months. Twice there was something missing from my order that I had paid for. The food I received and took home was of expected quality. The drive thru line is quite short. To enter it you have to make a left or right turn off a two-way lane. For a better experience, approach from the direction that requires a right turn into the drive thru line.
Consistently disappointing service and food. Managers haven't learned how to wear their masks in nearly two years of pandemic times. I was told they don't give refunds when they took nearly 20 minutes for my simple JBC order.Won't be visiting again.
I bought some fries ,nuggets, and wrap.It look like the fries was from yesterday and all bites and pieces.Quality is our recipes.Am eating wendy for long time and am very dissatisfied at the barhaven location.
The food is good. The staff usually aren’t overly friendly, more about just passing you the bag of food without even a greeting or a response to your thank you. My order is usually right more often than not. It would be nice if they told you while ordering that they were out of your dipping sauce choice, instead of making you check the bag yourself and asking for it, just to be told they’re out.
Extremely rude manager. They made a mistake with my order (which happens) but the manager blamed me for it!! The staff were nice and apologized but the manager was extremely rude and did not want to help.
Horrible ! My chicken ceasar was made with half rotten leaf lettuce instead of crispy romaine. The cheese was tasteless and rubbery. The chicken was cold and bland. The kids meals left my 6 and 7 year olds hungry. ??
The girl at the window was beyond rude. The food was cold, the drinks were flat with no ice (probably sitting around from a previous order)The food isn't inexpensive.. I'd at least expect it too be warm. Well, at least the drinks were.Called and spoke to the "manager" and was blown off. Beyond rude X2.
