Not someone to leave reviews. Definitely not in for negative ones. But had to do this after no improvement in food quality or service times in the last two years. I have complained over a dozen times to staff and people who identified them as supervisors and managers. Not a coffee person but end up going here 2-3 times a week. You can get here the worst coffee in Barrhaven. Their French Vanilla is basically wired hot water 9 out of 10 times. Bagles, donuts, muffins are okay and other Tim's in Barrhaven feel better. Walk ins are made to wait over 10 minutes person to take an order when there's absolutely no rush and with just 1-3 cars in drive through. They serve like 6-10 cars between attending one walk-in.Basically, avoid if you can. And hope the franchise owner and Tim's Corporate can make this better.
Nice place to hangout in the suburbs of Ottawa. The place is lively and serves delicious items. I had a bagel here. It was good. The staff here is very polite, helpful, and knows the importance of customer service. I am very happy with this place and would surely visit it again.
Placed an online order to be started right away. Showed up 7 minutes later to wait **20 minutes for my 2 coffees and hash browns. Absolutely ridiculous and so not the point of placing a mobile order. I had 2 people come in after me and get their online orders before me. Pay attention to the people around, if you've seen them there for long maybe ask what they're waiting for? I shouldn't have to remind you to make my order or tell you what it is. I could have said I ordered more and they would have given it to me, they had no clue what i paid for.Will not be returning
Literally the worst & most inconsiderate Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them a few chances as I’ve worked at Tim’s in the passed & understand minor inconveniences & wait times but they do not care about window times or customer service. Left me waiting for a straw for 10 minutes last time & this time I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and watched the line stay at a standstill when they’re only taking cash.. there’s literally no excuse when you aren’t even processing debit payments and it’s not a busy time of the day.
This locations drive time is probably very good, but that’s because they literally take one order at a time and make everyone wait for that one order to be fully processed before taking another order. Hopefully the owner can read this review and know his drive time is skewed since it took me 17 minutes just to have my order taken and waiting to have your order taken does not count toward drive time.I worked at timmies back in the day and we were able to take orders at a steady rate
By far one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. This location used to be amazing and but I’m not sure what happened in the past year. Repeatedly making wrong orders, receiving the wrong items. I now have go out of my way to go to a different location because of how horrible this location is. It’s not hard to take a sliver of pride in your work and make stuff properly.
Staff was not that friendly and they didn't scan my rewards card properly so I missed out on roll up the rim and rewards points. It could have been a new car.Food was good, coffee was hot.
We ordered 3 hot chocolates for the kids. Got home and even though they were labeled “HC” we ended up having 3 French Vanilla’s. We don’t like wasting however the coffee taste doesn’t sit well with everyone. Also, while our rewards card was visible and ready they skipped that step on us. Even when we reminded her, she said to just pay. 1 large drink was correct as well as the box of donuts at least. This was not drive-through to make the donut selection easier.
Anything else? Anything else? All they think about is getting the order out fast... They don't listen to you so my order is always wrong. Multiple people give things to you at the window to get you out of there faster.
The most inconsistent drive thru I've ever been to. Someday it's super quick, some days it's like they're sleeping.
