Service was ok but iced coffee literally taste like water with 1 drop of coffee and 10lb of sugar. At least boston cream is as good as always.
Incredibly rude staff that stopped serving people 5 minutes before closing. Lost my business permanently.
I go to this location on a daily basis, many times this location is under staffed with long lines with only 1 cash open. Open up the second cash and have a few more staff members preparing the orders. Also nearly every time I go there, there’s no steep tea for my order and instead of waiting in the long line to place my order, I yet need to wait for them to brew some steep tea after I place my order. Sometimes there’s only two employees running like chickens trying to keep up with lots of customers waiting in long lines. It’s obvious this location has lots of high demand from lots of customers daily I’m sure the owner can afford to hire a few more employees and not be overworking the very few employees he does have with low pay. Perhaps he would attract new hires if he’d pay more of living wage with benefits.
I went here to order the steak and egg breakfast sandwich combo, and was served by, I think, the manager...an older woman seated on a chair at the cash. I had to wait for my app to connect to scan my order, less than a minute, while she was muttering under her breath. I repeated my order, and expected to receive it correctly. Lo and behold, she didn't punch it in correctly because when I got home, I had a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and a broken hash brown. Tim Hortons has sunk to a new low in both service and food quality. What a waste of money.
Tried the Tim Biebs…What…They taste literally like every other Timbit…don’t know what I was expecting, but no filling, no real distinct flavour, just sugary dough.Oh well.
The woman who seems to be the manager at this location is extremely rude and disrespectful to her employees I've had to listen to her yell at them pretty much every time I've been there. ridiculously unacceptable.
Very bad service, no respect to the client, the woman was screaming, and I made a mistake regarding the name of one item in my order, so I asked to change it , they refused with no presenting other alternative solutions
Terrible service and wouldn’t serve me breakfast even though the sign clearly says “Breakfast anytime”
Bad, just bad, employees were fine, but they never never have soup (not just this one, all of them) and it was the best and maybe only good thing about tims. Gift card also did not work and only works half of the time. Tims was better before burger king bought themMy insatisfaction is immeasurable and my day is ruined
Staff absolutely needs more training.
