I walked over to this Tim Hortons while my partner filled up our gas as there’s a gas station right next door. I stood at the door ringing the bell while 2 workers looked at me doing nothing. The door did say only 1 customer was allowed in at a time; however, they never let me in. I literally had to knock on the window after ringing that bell 3 times. They then proceeded to make me walk through the drive thru? Never EVER go to this Timmies, literally any other will suffice.
I went through the drive through had ordered a coffee and wedges but those are utter waste (burned potatoes)..RUDE ladies are working inside even don’t know customer service0 Star ⭐️

So much coffee and donuts and French vanilla jeez and the staff said hi and were friendly like totally crazy off the wall amazingly awesome tim hortons maybe the best location In the world ? Could be the floors were not slippery at all place very clean you could eat off the floor if your brave I will be back more then once .
Normally good service. However, one staff member is extremely rude with a terrible attitude, rushes everyone and jabs the payment machine in their face. It will be my last visit there for sure.
Service is normally pretty good but just found a long black hair in my ice capp (May 19th at 2:30pm) which was a nice surprise
Needs a good cleanup - flies buzzing around. Free WiFi.

made a huge mistake on Gift card, wrong amount, staff not able to correct, owner was to call.. never did since Feb still waiting. Overall customer service I give 3 , never say thank you after order given. Too bad its the closet to my work
