The person working the drive thru consistently is only capable of serving one person at a time. They will take an order, cash you out and then give you your order and then start all over as opposed to taking an order, cashing you out, while simultaneously taking the subsequent order. There is consistently as a result several cars backed up and you should expect to wait. Also, they rarely have any baked goods, although that’s consistent w every Tim Horrors these days so that’s nothing new.If you log a complaint or a comment on their site, or call the restaurant, they’ll never get back to you so don’t waste your time.
Worst customer service. Cashiers were talking to each other and ignored at the cashier side to take order. Upon complaining at order, cashier gave very rude answer saying that she didn’t us where she saw and lied there. She said sorry in very bad way. Very unacceptable behavior. Three cashier are talking and not serving customer.

Slow as balls. My grandma makes 2 dozen cookies from scratch faster then they can put cream cheese on a bagel (shes deceased)

We waited for 20 min on drive through and no body asked for our order and when I pulled up to the window they said they can’t take the order from the window. Upon asking for the supervisor/ manager they refused to come to talk. I feel like the management should be responsible for this.
This is an antivaxxers dream. No one checks your vaccine passport when you sit down because there’s one person working the storefront while the rest serve drive through. We were in line for 10 minutes with one person in front of us the whole time, and watched people behind us just give up waiting and went and sat down in the store and remove their masks. Who knows if they’re vaxxed (the store didn’t because they didn’t check) so eat there at your own risk.(Store owner: Check the cameras on Feb 20 between 4 and 5 pm for proof.)The service was slow, to the point where we saw more people filling up donut trays then actually serving them to customers. It’s almost as if the store just wants you to do drive through and discourage walk ins. At least when they did this in Aylmer, Quebec the store had the decency to lock the doors and say ‘we don’t have enough staff.’Overall this is why I’ve been avoiding TH for the last year (terrible service, long waits) and why I’m not going back.
