For such a giant chain, they have so few gluten-free options.Everything is pre-made and preseasoned.They could offer a lot of their breakfast sandwiches as gluten-free if they just kept whole lettuce on hand to do lettuce wraps
Absolutely uncalled for rude employee working the drive through window. Meena I believe her name was. My friend and I ordered a coffee and she was debating on getting a coke and a bagel as well. The girl said....your order has been punched in when I asked for a bottle of coke. I pulled up to the window and her attitude was extremely uncalled for. She began arguing with me saying we were busy talking. And just stared at me. I asked her how much and she said you will pay the coffee now. I didn't appreciate being talked to in such a manner. And also she should be more considerate of all her customers...as all staff should be...as they are unaware as to how the customers day really is and what is going on in their lives. Even on her end. If she is having a "bad" day. Perhaps dealing with customers is not the best position for that individual...theres always sandwich bar, or baking.....Signed****former manager of a tim hortons in the downtown core.
Came here for a coffee they were out so asked for two glasses of Tap water. So i was asked to drive up but at drive thru a lady said she can’t give it. Lol you guys can’t give coffee as well as not even two glasses of water then what can you serve?
This particular restaurant in the Timmies Chain really seems to struggle with order accuracy. I've received a partly wrong order nearly every time I have gone here. On a positive note they will correct your order for you if you realize in time.
They forgot to add eggs to my order. I went home and...... we are used to it.
Had to wait 15min for the bus…figured that’s enough time to get a coffee considering there was no one in the drive thru or in line inside and oh was I wrong…nobody watching store front all staff in the back laughing and having a great time, waited for someone for 5-10min but the bus was coming. Been getting more and more disappointing. Never got my coffee to keep warm.
I went there on my break time to get something but I wasn’t greeted well. The old lady working there didn’t understand while her co worker got what i wanted to order. After she took my order she didn’t make my order. 5 mins later other guy told her to make it then she made it wrong plz teach ur staff about customer service.
The service is TERRIBLE what can I say. You can be the only one in drive through, no one even at the window and wait ten minutes for someone to take your order and then wait another 5 at the window for 2 coffees, this could be morning or afternoon or evening or nightAnytime we have gone 8pm ish there’sNOTHING left food wise. No doughnuts, timbits (other that biebs which are more expensive and even my kids won’t eat them) no muffins no cookies no bread nothing. Oh they have bagels but “they can’t toast them”Spoken with manager multiple times who insists they throw out tons every night and this is a one time occurrence (each and every time)The staff don’t seem to even care a customer is there. You pull up to the window and they simply hand you the debit machine without even looking you in the eye, telling you your total or acknowledging you in any way and they continue yapping with their friends. They pass you your order and don’t say a wordGoing inside isn’t better. They look like they would rather be anywhere else than serving you. A few times we have gone to dine in and never once were asked for vaccine infoLast night was the last straw, McDonald’s is 2 seconds away and now has our full business
Wish can give no stars.. zero customer service, rude, give you an attitude with no reason or validation, cannot believe manager does not obviously address issues with staff or even head office does not care how there locations are treating customers...funny how they portray company as a Canadian icon for friendly customer service...not even!!
I don't know what the name of the girl is who takes orders on drive thru every morning at 8. She always makes my day with her good morning. Thank you for being kind. I wish her all the good things in life.
