Terribly ran. What kind of store manager sees all these terrible reviews and still does not care to take steps in restoring their name??? It's obvious that whoever owns this location must be the issue and maybe we should all be complaining at a corporate level since no management at this location has taken any action towards resolving simple issues like making sure the people they hire are actually doing their job properly... It honestly does not take that much effort to stir every coffee, make a sandwich right or even place donuts properly in bags/boxes so they do not stick and completely ruin them... I will be calling corporate about this location... Hopefully they can get some decent management in there!
They never, ever, EVER, have iced coffee since the past couple of weeks, doesn't matter what time of the fay you're visiting at. It's like they've decided to not sell iced coffee so that they can get through summers easily. Highly disappointed by this behaviour of Tim Hortons.
Probably the worst experienced I had with Tim Hortons this morning - the girl who took my order in the drive-thru was super rude and have attitude, while I tried to stayed positive. This happened when the drive-thru wasn't busy either. I am very unpleased with the service.
Ordered a bagel belt and got this. Not even mad, this happens all the time at this location. It's just so hilariously bad literally everytime.
What a disorganized circus! Workers running around yelling at the top of their lungs at each other and unsure of who gets what order. Also selling items when they are out of them, in this case a turkey, bacon, club sandwich when they have no bacon. They had no problem taking my money and then advise me of this after waiting almost 10 minutes. This reinforces why I stopped going to Tim Horton's in general and will never return to this location even if I do. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Worst experience I have ever had with Tim Hortons. Waited to be served for 25 minutes and there was absolutely nobody in line!!!!I asked is there anyone here to help me - and one of the 7 people working behind the counter snapped at me that they are busy. I tried to speak to another young lady who was replenishing the donut case, only to have her walk away. Then after getting my one dozen donuts, I went home and set them on the counter. When my family opened the box, all of the donuts were upside down and stuck to the cover. The girl who filled my order put everything upside down and then when she realized her mistake, instead of turning each donut over - she flipped the case over and handed it to me to take away. Called to file a complaint and after entering the prompts, the phone system hung up on me. Not impressed at all!!!
Long wait, order wrong. Poor girl who took the order obviously had no training or knowledge of the products they offer.I avoid this Tim's but the roads are bad. I had hoped it had improved. No luck.
Went in the drive thru, the lady serving us food wasn’t wearing a mask, and had an attitude. During a pandemic I suggest the people making food should be wearing mask. 0/10 for hygiene, 0/10 for customer service. Would not recommend this Tim Hortons.
Forgot one of my wedges in my order. The bacon grilled cheese wasn't made properly, the cheese wasn't even melted. Coffee was wrong as well. Line up too big to bother going back. ?
Decently sized place with fresh doughnuts and bagels. The staff can be a bit more quick. Rest is good.
