Management needs to spend more time on training their employees.You ask for what you want, and 80% of the time, it's not right. It's like they're scared to even ask for help from one of their teammates, that eventually the line up gets bigger and bigger cause they don't know what to punch in cause they aren't trained properly!!

Looking 0 star, waited for 30mins. Front take my order then left went back store. Very bad service. Crews aren’t approachable! Left my sandwiches on counter then people waiting started checking the bag of order. Sooo ridiculous!!!

Good Place to visit in morning.The morning staff is so polite and fast especially antarpreet.

Ridiculously slow drive through. On many occasions they cannot take the next order until the previous one has been completely fulfilled. When you get to the window employees are often just chit chatting.

Walk in customers seem to always be forgotten over the drive-through. Frustrating to watch 4 staff members stand around and talk while walk in customers have to wait for the one staff member run around and try to serve as many as the 4 in drive.

Just go to another Tim's. Toasted bagels were both somehow cold, only had two bagel types, tomato was not even remotely ripe, iced capp was more like iced coffee consistency.... The only part of our order that was good was my wife's coffee from starbucks ?

Complete garbage get orders consistently wrong! Rude staff who don't seem to comprehend simple instructions! Will not go again to this location!

Worst location. They always forget part of your order. Happened again to me today. Breakfast combo on my way home. Get home no hashbrown. Horrible service at the drive thru

It was 5:30 and they only had 10 timbits left...not even enough for a 20 pack, which is what we were trying to order. Only 10 timbits and only the birthday cake ones. What kind of poor planning is that?? What if the evening crowd wants a timbits with their coffee? There are so many other examples I could give as to why it is such a poorly run location.

We ordered a French vanilla in the drive thru today & were basically served hot water as in the pic, when I drove back all the way & brought it back to the store, the guy in the counter realised that there was no mix in in the machine and took his own sweet time to load the machine and make me another one. He then asks another lady to serve it to me. There was absolutely no apology or care given to the fact that they made this mistake and I had to drive out in the traffic and drive back all the way due to the negligence of the staff. nobody working here even bothers to checking their machine I can imagine what happens with food. It's really sad to see that this branch of Tim Hortons has 0 customer focus and customer service. I was wondering why the drive thru was empty at 5 30 in the evening now I know... Never going back here... If Tim Hortons corporate wants to keep your customers please give some training to the awful staff in this branch.
