We just ordered a mango salad and 2 shrimp spring rolls. The shrimp rolls were disgusting and premade. The rolls and mango salad had brown, wilted, stinky lettuce inside with 2 tiny pieces of shrimp and a mixture of old brown cilantro and mint. The mango salad had dry slices of mango, cilantro and a tone of BROWN, STINKY LETTUS. We got a refund right away and I reported them to corporate. The service you received from the cashier is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. This place needs brand new staff or it needs to be shut down. DISGUSTING!!!!!
THIS IS THE WORST THAI EXPRESS IN OTTAWA!!!! I payed nearly double for extra chicken and noodles .. and the food I recieved could fit in the paper boxes they give for regular price. This is the 3RD TIME out of 3 times this is happening. The cook staff also dont really care..Honestly, if you want better service, to get what you pay for, and more friendly staff, order from literally any any other Thai Express in the city!!
I wish i could give zero stars! This is the worst pad thai express in Ottawa by far. Please dont order pad thai from here unless you want shifty food, uncooked chicken, small portions and a horrid service. Be ware!
This place is okay but just barely okay. If you’re desperate for a quick pad sew, have at it. Just don’t expect to be amazed. Also, prepare for more ice in your fountain cup than you ever dreamed possible.
Ordered one Pad Thai and a Pad See Ew. The quantities are almost the half load comparing to before. Not happy at all, you are cheating customer
With the prices going up this place is not bad if you wanna take a break from cooking. Busy location and friendly staff.
Ordered two pad see ew combos and was missing one drink and one veggie roll from one of the combos. On top of that there was a piece of plastic in one of the pad see ew's. Would probably avoid this Thai Express location next time. I have ate at many other locations and it has always been excellent. This was not.
The food there was great, quick and I look forward to everytime I have a chance to go. There General Thai Chicken is amazing and would 100 percent recommend it to anyone.
This place is always busy on Friday or Saturday evening, so plan your time accordingly but it is so SO good. The Beef Pad See Ew is my fave. If you don't want Mild but Medium is too hot then you can ask for 'Little' spice which is in between both and they usually nail it.
