Very bad food. Worst noodle I ever had in Ottawa.
Other then paying $2.99 for a bottle drink I can't complain. The food was good and the customer service was OK. Will be going back on my lunch breaks.Update: Just got the pineapple chicken and I'm enjoying it. Had to increase the stars to five. Both of my experiences at this location have been amazing.
The food portion was perfect. Food was very flavourful. Highly recommend!
I’m disappointed I love getting food from here but the fact is this time I didn’t get a fair portion as I got it to go. I normally unable to finish it but today there wasn’t enough I’m still very hungry as the to go is a small portion and yet they charge for there regular portion and the price has gone up as well. Sorry this is the last time I will buy from there or any other teriyaki experience place. Not worth the funds I paid. The business will go under because they aren’t fair with the price and portion and it’s a little on the dry side as well. I will make my own teriyaki.
Very good service and quantity. I always come here and order Hot & Spicy Chicken with Udon Noodles with extra chicken and the food is always very tasty and fresh. This is a very good location & the owner does his job well and if you ever ask for extra of an item he definitely delivers. Would highly recommend!

Good service but food didn’t have any favors
Chicken teriyaki was not good at all. I would pass on this location.
We normally have had not good experience at Teriyaki Experience and Express as I belie it was know before. I have not been to one in years and decided to give it a try once again.Nothing has changed. The operator is more interested in upping your bill than providing you good service and food that is palatable and tasty.First charging me wrong even though the menu board said an amount and charging me more. Then when asked if I can get a glass of tap water, she charges me for a bottle of water. I asked for just mixed veggies but gave me tofu and charged me for it.Then the food - had no taste even though it was doused in liquid (which seemed watered down) and still no flavour. The quantity was not even good for half the price I paid ($11+). I would have paid less than $2 for a bagel and would be better. The only good thing was there was enough tofu.
