Good lunch ans brought home two dinners, a Tortorella and chocolate raspberry brownies. They're huge. We are halving them.The individual (medium) size feeds two of us.The food is delicious
Walked in for lunch Was the only person there as a potential customer. Ignored from the moment I walked in,no greeting looked the select at the counter for roughly 2-3 minutes still ignored person behind counter the whole time back to the entrance. Work at point turned around had seen be went back to the work behind counter. THIS IS HORRIBLY FOR A SERVICE TYPE INDUSTRY! Will never be back
SO very impressed with the custom cupcakes I ordered for my boyfriend’s birthday. They are chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. So delicious, so gorgeous, and freeze well! I ordered too many so we froze most of them and they taste like they were made yesterday when thawed out!
Very good coffee and cookie. The brownies however were dry, tasted old and had a weird aftertaste of soap.

We ordered 40 picnic box as an Covid alternative for a meal after a funeral. They were AMAZING. Great value for price, lots of food and beautifully presented. The staff were kind and accommodating. Can’t say enough nice things, would highly recommend for any event - family, corporate or otherwise!
I recently ordered a frozen meal from them and it was missing a side dish. I have emailed once and called twice to ask for an explanation. Nobody has responded. It is very frustrating and from this I would say that their customer service is non-existent. Someone should care if a customer is satisfied!
Only one star not for the food but the service! This is the Nepean location I'm talking about! I've forgotten how many times I've just left without anyone even serving me and when you do finally get served it's like it's a massive burden to them! Unfortunately I'm not the only person who has experienced this. I work very close by and a few of my coworkers have experienced the same!
Covid measures have removed the vitality of the bakery and limited its goods. Whatever you can buy is still tasty!
