The delivery guy that brought my meal today was very honest, grateful and has an amazing customer service. I was giving him a tip when I recieve my meal but refuses to recieve it " he said, it's already included in the receipt" and I was saying take it anyway, but still refused. And he added that I'll be paying double on the tip, I said it's okay. But still refused and smiled, and ending it with a have good night. Rarest person I ever met. Hopefully there's more out there. I orded with doordash. Driver was on time. Got a quarter chicken dinner with pouting and a paepsi. Came to 42 bucks. For paying that much I have never been so disappointed. The chicken was dry they put barely and cheese on the poutine. Will definitely never ever order again. Felt completely ripped off.
Finally ordered take out from this restaurant. My wife picked it up.. I didn't eat it until I returned from work, an hour later. My family was very happy with the results. Although mine was cold when I arrived home, I still ate it and all of it. I love fish and chips and theirs was good. If it was good when cold, I look forward to when it is hot. My wife had the chicken and son the ribs. Both enjoyed their meal. Would definitely go back in the future. Sad it took me so long to eat there...but there was this pandemic.
I had pre-ordered one evening and when I went inside to pick-up,the food was ready and hot.But the important thing to me was the friendly service.The Young lady was pleasant and sweet.The following evening my sis and I went inside to eat and the whole staff that we had contact with was awesome.Really enjoyed the whole experience.Merivale Rd,Ottawa.
The chicken wings were pretty good, maybe just a tad too saucy, but the 5-star review is for this place coming through at 9 pm with an order of wings when the Barrhaven location dropped ball (had no stock after app accepted order)!Was really appreciative of the Merivale location and super nice guy at countwr also.! We were in the area and decided to stop in for supper.We used to eat at this location a lot before a Swiss Chalet opened closer to where we live.The service was excellent, and the food was nice and hot. We need to come to this location more often.

Over 2 hours to get a cold meal on Valentine's Day, today I tried to order with a CREDIT they offered for cold food that day, to my surprise I have no credit, this establishment does not honour what they say, whoever approved to not credit a customer for lousy service, your a horrible establishment. I will not order from u again, St.Hubert is better service.
Food is usually delicious here... however staff and customer service not so good. Wont go into my issue but very disappointed in the service.
Manager screaming and swearing at employees in kitchen. Customers can see and hear from the front lobby. Disgusting behaviour. Know it was the manager because he made sure to yell at the employees that he was in charge. I am disgusted by this behaviour and will not be returning. Would rather not see employees being distracted and torn apart by a toxic boss while trying to work. Learn how to run a business. Would give 0 stars if possible.
