I used to love this place but the prices keep getting higher and the portions smaller.I got a poke bowl today and the rice was fried so much it was a solid chunk, hard as a rock. The bowl only had a couple little pieces of salmon and the avocado was bitter and hugely under ripe... not impressed today

OMG literally the best sushi ever,I always wanted to try this sushi shop and now I will only order from them.. thank you so much for the excellent service and the great taste.
First time we ordered random menu items - amazing. Fresh. Interesting - love the Blossoms. Really great sumomaki. 5 stars.But tonight we ordered a platter, chefs choice. Well the chef tonight loved avocado, cucumber, and smoked salmon because every single item had at least 2 of those ingredients, with about 1/5 of the items being vegetarian. If you want boring sushi for a picky eater, order the chefs choice. We won’t make that mistake again, and will return to picking and choosing from the menu.
We placed a large order via website ahead of time. I needed to cancel/adjust the order, but the store told me it's a third party company who places these orders and they cannot see my order, therefore I would have to come in to manually refund me the day of. Plus I'd have to call again to inform them of my cancelation. Because of the headache, I figured I'd give them a try as I was hosting dinner and had more people joining.When I arrived to pick it up the day of, the lady noticed that she was missing our teriyaki balls. She quickly made them. My gut told me she was missing an order of them as I placed 2 orders of the teriyaki ball. Assuming they knew what they were doing, I thanked her and went home. (Keep in mind, I placed a huge order with no receipt given so it's hard to keep track when it's a rush at dinner time) I was hosting that evening and found we were in fact missing 2 items (I noticed there was barely enough for my guests and reviewed my order placed through my confirmation email); another set of teriyaki balls and 8 sushi pieces were missing. When I called them, they told me they would honor my teriyaki balls but denied the missing sushi order.Customer service was lacking and the attention to detail was missing for this large order. Very discouraged about this experience.

Best sushi I’ve had in the “fast food” section. The chefs and cashiers are nice and friendly. My order is done in 5’ which is pretty fast. Will be back for sure.
First time getting sushi here and will definitely be back. Loved the selection and the clearly labeled menu. The Vancouver roll and spicy shrimp roll were our favorites. We also got the California roll and the chicken teriyaki roll.
My friend and I ordered sushi and bubble tea from here the other day via Skip the Dishes. The sushi was great - loved the variety of the menu. However, the bubble tea was disappointingly sub-par. Neither of our drinks (original black milk tea and taro) contained sugar although we ordered them with regular sugar and the tapioca pearls were stale and not edible at all. I would recommend the sushi but I would say avoid the bubble tea.
I recently came to this place expecting it to be as good as most sushi places in Canada but I was wrong, It was way better, amazing customer service, clean, and thats not even the main part, the sushi was amazing, definitely recommend please go try it out with friends, a partner or simply by yourself, sushi is to die for
