This was an in-person experience… Had to repeat my order multiple times because they weren’t listening/paying attention. One of the sloppiest constructions of a sandwich I’ve ever seen. Can only imagine ordering online would be even worse.
I ordered off of Uber Eats & the entire order was garbage. Stale bread, items missing, not paying attention to order notes. Easily the worst sub I’ve ever had. Go to another/order from a different location with better quality control!
Honestly the worst experience. Went here because they’re open 24 hours as said in their big big sign on the window so chose to order through the app this morning. I went there 11 minutes later and mind you I ordered only 1 footlong which does not take less than 3 minutes to make. The employee inder was in the back and came out to see that there was an order from 11 minutes ago and told me to wait so she can make it. If I waited I would be late for work so I asked her to cancel it and refund the money. Just surprised that she did not come out to the front from the past 10-15 minutes to check up on what is also happening at the front of the store. Concern of safety and everything as someone can just walk in, steal things and run out. Ridiculous customer service. Adding pictures to prove what happened and that it was EXACTLY this store too.
Literally so cute, I asked for extras and they wrote a cute little note and delivered, so good 10/10
The relatively new potato bun sandwich is terrible. The small bun was stale and after toasting was hard. The crispy chicken coating was soggy and poorly seasoned. Salt and msg taste was overwhelming. The chicken itself was stringy. A real disappointment because subway is usually very good.
The items on their menu were something, and what I got was something else!I ordered a new crispy chicken sandwich for 3.99 and got a big $11.49 sandwich!It was my first and Last time there.
Staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. Yum!

Ordered a meatball sub was given a veggie subs had to tell her 4 or 5 times I ordered meatball. Did not seem to understand the vegetables I said I wanted. Took about 5 minutes to get my sandwich made
The staff always seem to be positive and very friendly when I get there. They always get my order right.
