Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this Starbucks! Using the app I called in a mobile order a half hour before I arrived to pick up 4 scones. When I arrived I could see my completed order not in the mobile order pick up station on the counter but on the back counter. When I enquired about my order I was told I needed to wait. When I explained that I could see my order and I ordered in advance because I was in a hurry I was told there were others ahead of me. The barista proceeded to make drink orders while conversing with regulars and ignore me for 10 mins before another barista came out of the back room. She then instructed the barista to hand out the completed mobile orders. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. This is not my usual location and I will not be returning as it seems that regulars are the only customers that get professional and considerate customer service.
This place used to be really good. Not sure what happened. Over 15 minutes for one sandwich is ridiculous.
Terrible Starbucks I ask for dragon drink with coconut milk they give me a LEMONDADE?!!!!!! Way too much ice cube

Took 40mins to get one drink. Didn’t take names so they had no idea what was what. Someone tried to get a refund and they couldn’t even figure out how to do that. Total mess
With the exception of a very rare few.The staff here is so passive aggressive and rude that they will make your skin crawl.Expect a heavy exhale and obvious eye roll more often then your order being correct.
Ordering online at this location takes forever! Placed my order 10 minutes ahead of time, took about 10 mins to acknowledge me waiting for my ordering. Then forgot part of the order. The lady making the drinks moved frustratingly slow.
Very bad services, unprofessional, unfriendly. The manager spoke to me like I was a prisoner. She was very rude and disrespectful. It was one of the worst experiences I had in my life. And plus, the coffee was very bad and not fresh. This is the last time I go to that location!
I walked in today in this location. There was a lady, she was loud, rude and and unprofessional. I was shocked by her behavior. I believe, she got some issues. I am very disappointed.
Great customer service, clean and never too busy! Great, friendly employees!
