Just spent 5$ on a basic tea. Yes, they sold me a teabag and some water for 5$. The customers look incredibly slow, and that makes perfect sense
Went there today with 2 friends. No debit, no credit available due to system outage. They said we can accept cash. Well we had a ten and a hundred dollar bill. The ten wasnt enough. And when we gave her the 100$ bill she rubbed it like they do for counterfeit then decided she didnt want to accept it and said we dont have enough cash. Even though they been accepting cash. We sat on the patio and tried again 30 min later hoping they had more cash. They refused us again. Left in anger. Not the way to treat customers who have been going there since it took over from Timothys years ago.
It's a good coffee shop. Their deserts are lacking and at the level of sugar shack Timmy Hortons.Some of the barristas have not clue how to make an Americano or decent cappuccino. But it's still far better a place than the alternatives.
Nice staff,coffee selection not good.Should have decaf on brew.
Just a huge shout out to this Starbucks Team during the aftermath of the storm....long lines of grumpy coffee wanting patrons could not impact the smiles and efficiency of this crew.Special mention to Dylan who seems to be a big part of this teams success!
Staff are on their toe, getting the orders out in a few minutes The lady who handed me the coffee was so kind and generous, she had specs with colored hair, and provided exceptional service I would recommend this place for fast and courteous service.
I am a regular customer who picks up mobile orders pretty much regularly on my way to work. I consistently get the same thing but recently it seems it’s been getting messed up more frequently, and this morning I’m 100% sure i was given a cup of pure steamed milk. The workers are lovely and i have nothing against them but this is awful. I will not continue to pay $6.50 for a literal venti cup of hot milk especially being lactose intolerant lol. not a very nice experience
Terrible start to my morning. Baristas were super rude and the coffee was terrible. The tables were sticky and full of crumbs, floor also super gross.
Staff is so nice and welcoming. Keep up the great work.
