Great food. It's very filling, tastes great, affordable with huge portion sizes, and there are a lot of options. You can't go wrong with the fried rice or noodles, vegetables, spicy chicken and pan seared fish. I am looking forward to trying the eggplant tofu, general Tao, sweet n sour chicken, and shanghai fish next time as they all looked delicious.

Everything was so hard you couldn't even chew it. Brought back a full tray for a refund and they argued. They wanted to replace it with more of the same food. Had to make a scene like a total Karen to get my $15 back so I could eat somewhere else.

Used to be excellent, but no more! Disappointing: shrimp and beef too salty to eat. Please take action and reduce salt in dishes. Otherwise, .......

Shame... lack of service.. I really do not understand good reviews from this place. Did you guys ever had asian food before? Jesus..

Guilty pleasure. My favs are the General Tao chicken and the Honey garlic/spicy chicken.

General tao chicken: crispy, tender, flavourful. 10/10Honey garlic chicken: crispy, tender, flavourful. 10/10Black pepper beef: tender, lacked a bit of flavour. 8/10Spicy chicken: dry. Ok flavour. 5/10Coconut shrimp: oily and small portion. 1/10Chow mien (thin): good texture, lacked a bit of flavour. 8/10Shanghai noodles (thick): soggy, lacked flavour. 3/10

This was swimming in my wonton soup! Absolutely disgusting and no way to contact the owner or manager. I’m appalled and will never return and hope that myself nor my kids get sick from what we did eat before noticing this. Do not order from here!!

UPDATE: I gave this place another try the day it reopened, as I hadn't had Chinese food in months since the last lockdown. Figuring that on the first day, the food would be fresh and good. What a COLOSSAL disappointment! The General Tao "chicken" was huge pieces of batter, with less than a dime-sized piece of chicken inside. The sauce was sweet, not spicy. The Honey Garlic chicken was extremely bland. The noodles lacked flavor. Also, this place charges more for a two item plate when the two items are "meat" although they hardly contain any. It was a waste of almost $13, for takeout. The only positive was that the food was hot at 12 pm. All I can say, is don't waste your money here! It's really too bad that this place reopened when the food court moved back upstairs to its smaller, noisier location. The space would have been better served by a different restaurant. There is much better Chinese food available in the mall, where you aren't charged extra for two meat dishes. Hopefully when their lease is up the space becomes a pizza place!Expensive and the food lacks flavor in comparison to other local Chinese food in the area. Staff are rude. We won't return, as there is much better Chinese food available in Bayshore's food court. The noodles lacked flavor, the honey garlic chicken was soggy, and the dessert absolutely vile and was thrown out. If you're looking for a good meal, walk a few extra steps for far-superior Chinese food in the food court. There's no service with a smile here! Hopefully when the food court moves back up to the third floor, this restaurant will be replaced by something better. A small food court doesn't need two restaurants selling the same dishes, even if this one is inferior. If it were possible to give no stars, it would have been done.

Got the General Tao Chicken. It was way over cooked, dry, hard and crunchy. Quite awful to say the least. Couldn't even say if there was meat in it or if it was just deep fried batter. I have enjoyed this fast food chain in other malls and was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my gut was telling me not to eat here as all the chicken and a lot of the food looked over cooked and dry, but I was starving.
