Second cup is my favourite chain for coffee and every time I go here the baristas are kind and make a killer coffee.
Since having above and beyond service at this second cup time after time..we swore off all other coffee shops. It's the little things they go out of their way to do, that make them stand out from the rest.
Behind the counter person was rude and the snacks were stale. It has become a library for students many of whom do not buy anything. Often there are no tables.
The customer service incredible. The quality of the drinks is consistent and the staff are always exceptionally friendly. My favourite Second Cup location in Ottawa.
My go-to location for years! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've never had a negative experience here.
I would give this 5 stars but for an above average coffee you should be offering a better natural sweetener like whole earth / sweet leaf stevia.
