Didn't warn us before hand that there was no tea or other products available. Asked for a refund and was told it was a new system that they were not trained on so could not give us a refund!! Awful service- If the products are not available a refund should be given! Had to select other products even though we didn't want them because there was no other alternative option and could not come back another day.
As I scroll through the comments, I see people tend to enjoy their bubble teas, but not the customer service. I agree but to give one star is harsh because the drinks I ordered were done very well. The cashier must be a part of a new ownership because she is new and customer service has gone down since I've seen her there. Bubble teas were amazing so big high five to the staff, they literally are the only reason I'm giving this business 3 stars. Before I go I hope I can get through to the new management, I've worked in many successful restaurants and that's because I handle request from my customers. Next time I tell you, I don't want any added sugar to my drink, you don't tell me we don't do that anymore when its something you can do and should because a lot of us have health issues. Unfortunately for me, unless more people start praising the customer service here, I will not be buying my bubble teas here.
The piña colada didn’t have enough liquid in it so it was basically icy slush. The staff were kind & helpful so it was unfortunate that the drink wasn’t made properly.The sorbet tasted different than what I expected (don’t have sorbet often) but the taste grew on me and I was just grateful to have liquid in the drink.Popping boba was great. I asked the staff and they said their “jellies” and boba don’t have any gelatin or animal products in them.
They pour bleach on their employees and then give them virtually nothing as hush money - actual trash business don’t support them.
Great potential but there are no healthy options. Although berries and ? are available, stuff are not willing to exclude menu items v to accommodate customers request. Strange lack of customer service apptitude.
Maybe not have your staff give attitude when their late opening, your website says 10 your app sais 10:30 there to much inconsistency and people are still not being served
I always regret purchasing Mango diamond slush from this particular store. Request that are granted at other locations seem to be a problem from them. Never purchasing from this store again!

Tapioca was hard and clumped up together. Lychee was good however but I wouldn't want to pay $8 plus tax again for it
