I ordered from this restaurant last night through Uber. It is evident they are pushing the limits of expiration dates. The meat smelt off and the chips for the salad were stale. I’ve seen some positive reviews for this restaurant, I can confidently say they are either a one off of good experience or paid reviews. I would highly recommend everyone order from other Shawarma restaurants.
When we feel the need for Lebanese, we order a family shawarma tray. Reasonable price and handily covers 2 adults plus two hungry teens with enough for a couple plates of leftovers for lunch the next day.Food seems to be always fresh, garlic sauce is garlicky, and the meat, potatoes and rice are hot. Wouldn't change a thing!
Best shawarma we taste!!We just moved to Ottawa and princess shawarma is relatively close to our house. We tried a lot of shawarma but this shawarma is really good. The people working there is very friendly and accommodating.Highly recommend if you want to try shawarma in baseline area.
One of the worst shawarma I've ever eaten, the bread is from last week , and no taste at all, plus the person who rolled the sandwich didn't even bother to close it.If you don't have fresh food at the end of the day, don't serve garbage to the customers.
I do not recommend this restaurant, service wise, its the worst restaurant I have visited in Ottawa until this point. Very disrespectful and unwelcoming.
Stopped here last night for the first time and my friend and I were very happy with everything. Both food and service were excellent. Super friendly, very easygoing, happy and helpful despite my not knowing what I wanted. I live 5 hours away but will definitely be back next time I’m in Ottawa!
This was the worst shawarma platter I’ve ever purchased, definitely the worst in Ottawa. Food was cold, rice seemed like minute rice, chicken was sooooo dry and they are super cheap on the portion sizes. Very disappointing, I have not ordered out for awhile and this is what I got :(
I have just had my Chicken Shawrma from the counter. This is the first time food experience with Princess Shawrma. I saw the server was miser in putting cold chicken pieces/ soil from the ground. I asked why he is giving me this in my ordered Shawrma. He didn’t pay attention and pretend he doesn’t listen plain and simple English. What I got is cold chicken garbage from the ground and a cold bread wrap. Worst food I ever had in Ottawa! I didn’t see a glove or a clean chopping board here ! Can Ottawa food inspection pay a blind eye in this ? Before that, stay away!
Honestly one of the best shawarma places in the area. Great customer service, fantastic food. I always come here when I am in the area.
It has been twice now that my partner and I have been disapointed with the qulaity of food from Princess Shawarma. Both the individual shawarmas and garlic potatoes are nowhere near as good or on par with other Shawarma restaurants. I would recommend Shawarma prince. It's much better and just down the road.
