Ordered a creamy mushroom Florentine pizza, the staff were very quick and friendly. I got my order within 10 minutes.

Pizza tasted like a chunk of flour with improperly baked dough so I called the customer services to let them know of the situation. Customer service informed this pizza store to make a replacement, but this guy “refused” to make one as he thought he made a perfect pizza. This guy argued and eventually did not make the replacement pizza. Great customer service Merivale Pizza Pizza.
I barely order from this location based on my past experiences. But today I decided to try, to my surprise they did even worst job then the last time. There are barely any toppings covering the pizza the bread is so hard. The quality is getting worst. It is like dumping money in the garbage. And it seems like there is no impact of bad reviews on the management/ owner. I honestly will not recommend this location to anyone. Stay away if you value your money.
Wanted to walk in for a quick walk-in special. Upon entering, I expected to be greeted or at minimum, the staff realize that someone walked into their store.No they're crowded around each other on their phones. I yell hello once. No one budges. I yell a second time. Finally they realize.I make my order which on their machine looks incredibly wrong but the worker assures me it's correct.Another gentleman comes in after me to try and order a slice. What appears like the manager basically says we're not going to make you the slice you want because we're too lazy and don't want to save you money and make you a full sized pizza instead. I don't blame him for leaving disappointed.I take home my pizza which looks like a medium size when I ordered a large but I can't complain about the price. I was getting impatient.The pizza tasted awful. Cold, plastic-like cheese, and a weird crust that has some type of disgusting salt seasoning on it.It's almost as if pizza pizza changed their recipe from the last time I had it. Even their garlic dipping sauce which is usually great couldn't save this.Avoid pizza pizza. Or at least this location. It's alright to have at a hockey game if you're getting smashed with friends.
I waited an hour to receive my pizza. The pizza I received was undercooked and the bbq drizzle that I asked for was drenched on all 3 pizzas. I called customer service to make a complaint, however no one was able to provide me with a solution. I had 3 supervisors hang up on me and refuse to transfer me to a manger. They don’t care about the customer’s experience. Never ordering from them again.
Long waiting to get your order
One guy here. I understand he’s busy. But he took five minutes to get around to taking my order & then 15 minutes to even start making my order. What kind of service is that? Hire more people I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to receive a sandwich. I could’ve driven somewhere else and got my food quicker.
I walked in to order 1Lg pizza.. took 30 min to get it.. I was there with 2 11 year old boys after 20 min they get board.. they were flipping water bottles "a game kis play now" at the other end of restaurant and owener came out screaming at the kids.. not very professional..
One of the better locations. Good pizza cooked to perfection with a good amount of toppings.
