Had the BEST experience at pinkberry at the bayshore mall location thanks to Sephora. She has amazing customer service skills and definitely deserves a raise. We gave her a $5 tip - need more people like her on this earth.

Less than 2 days ago me and my friend bought frozen yogurt from Pinkberry and the server was very rude to me. when we reached to the cash I asked for a glass of water because I was very thirsty and the both the cashier and server told me I cant have it. As a paying customer I was shocked at their horrible customer service that was being displayed. Staff did not seem to care about customer needs and disregarded their legal obligation to produce drinking water.
Best frozen yogurt! So happy they are open for delivery!!

This is my second time being at Pinkberry (in Bayshore). The frozen yogurt is good, but the bubble waffles (which are new) were overcooked on the outside and too doughy on the inside.
